We spent the week of thanksgiving at this hotel and had a good time. We paid a little more to have a room with a view and that seemed to be worthwhile because there was construction next door. This hotel is in a great position because it is right on Jack Beach and only a few minutes walk from the towns shops and restaurants. Onsite, there is a main restaurant, which is a buffet restaurant, and the food selection and quality are excellent. We enjoyed every meal and there was a good mix of local Costa Rican cuisine as well as some good options for picky eaters. There is also a snack bar with pizza, burgers, fries, nachos, and fruit in case you are hungry between meals. The restaurant has an online reservation system that we didn't even use as the hotel wasn't too busy and we were just walking into the restaurant. We checked out on Friday and things seemed to be busier that day with many check-ins so I think the restaurant reservation system becomes more of a necessity on weekends. The bartender also made really good drinks but each mojito we had tasted a bit different, but still delicious. Each day, there is a drink special. The drinks are presented in small glasses so we ended up just ordering two at a time to save us some trips. The only time there was a line to buy drinks was

Ive stayed at this hotel four times. The location is ideal, the staff is really friendly and everything is in order. Since my last visit, the new pool is really nice and helps to keep the grounds from being overcrowded by people spreading out. Mainly, I feel safe here and the staff is always helpful.

We booked at the Best Western about a week before our stay after another resort canceled us last minute. We were very happy with the prices and customer service. But we felt the room was a bit old and in need of some renovation. We stayed in 2 cheap hostels that had more modern rooms. The buffet was nice there was a wide variety of tasty food options. We liked the scheduled activities as well, especially morning Zumba, volleyball, and karaoke. If looking for an allinclusive in the Jack area, I would recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend it. This was our first visit to an all-inclusive hotel and it was beautiful. The staff was friendly and great, everything was very clean, beach and pool towels were provided. We went on an excursion planned at the hotel and had to pick up and drop off door to door.
