Wow, wow, I'm very grateful for the hospitality and service my friend and I arrived late after a long day of traveling and all the restaurants and stores were closed, and we were very hungry, so the lady made us a meal! I appreciate her charisma and warm heart.

The host is friendly, but only speaks Spanish. The room is basic, clean, but quite expensive for what you get. There is no breakfast. Very close to the beach. Unfortunately, this advantage has a drawback, we were woken up around 11 am by trucks and buses and people talking loudly. So mixed feelings.

This place is basic. Yet, it exceeded all our expectations. We had a great time while staying here. We had a family of five in our room, which was tidy and roomy, and had a nice shower. The space is comfy. Right across the street from the beach, there are turtles at play. We had the chance to observe baby dolphins swimming, surfing, or simply unwinding and watching the sunset for the first time. Although the kitchen was fully equipped, you can also request meals if you prefer. Isabel and the staff were the greatest aspects of the place. Despite my English or Spanish speakers, I didn't speak Spanish and she looked after my kids, giving us every need even asking, and with a cheerful grin. I had the impression that a mama would take care of me and the kids. Although it is a straightforward setting, it was more than sufficient for us.

The location is key. Albergue cabins arribadas has the ideal location. It is located on the edge of the optional national wildlife refuge, the main nesting site for olive riley turtles, 50 meters from the beach. The property has 7 or 8 rooms. They all have one or two bunk beds. Although simple, they are air conditioned, a feature not found in most properties in this price range. A hearty, costa rican breakfast is available for around$ 5.00 in August 2019. The personnel are friendly and desire to be accommodating. Guides must be seen to see the turtles, and one will likely arrive within 10 or 15 minutes of your arrival because his facility is kitty corner across the street. We have stayed here twice because it's so close to the turtles, which is the main reason to go to an optional beach.
