Staff was great, room was very clean and spacious. Hot tub could’ve been warmer, but it was clean. They had a good mix of traditional Costa Rican and American breakfast. I would highly recommend this stay, you get a GREAT bang for your buck!

This was an awesome hotel, the breakfast every morning was sooo good. The food in the restaurant at dinner time was excellent, the pool and private jacuzzis were perfect, the drinks and food were so good as well. The lil sendero trail was an added bonus on the grounds. I definitely recommend this hotel/resort.

It was a lovely place that was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the wet bar. They have a restaurant with live music in the evenings. We loved their buffet style breakfast especially because it slightly changed daily. You’re not stuck eating the same thing everyday. The staff was great, we felt welcomed and they answered all of our questions.

The stay was a highlight of COSTA RICA travel. This property gives you a chance to enjoy the combination of a wonderful hotel stay (with breakfast included) and hot springs. Take time and enjoy hot springs in combination with cold water swimming pools. You can spend 2-3 hours in the evening, and same time in the morning just after your breakfast.

It’s a beautiful property with multiple hot tubs and a swimming pool. The staff was great. They were friendly and very helpful. We are dinner there and it was very good.

Really nice property with beautiful landscaping all around. Breakfast had a good variety and was actually quite tasty. The view from the room was amazing. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring—special thanks to Emily at the front desk and the restaurant team for being so helpful during our stay.

We spent three nights there, loved the pool, breakfast, dinner and the massage. We saw tucan and howling monkeys on premise. If you’re a social media addict, the WiFi might not be perfect for in-room service. 😉

Great location; very clean rooms and very well maintained and beautiful grounds; helpful staff; wonderful fresh breakfast choices and food quality; loved walking the on-site nature trail in the morning to spot the howler monkeys that announced the rising sun, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub at day’s end. Would definitely return, again!

The floor in the room was squeaky clean. That’s not a euphemism. My trainers literally squeaked when I walked. This is a ‘rustic’ property. It’s clean and well maintained but it’s not new or flashy. It’s not very close to town, but Ubers were easy to get and not expensive. Breakfast was good but not over the top. If you need a clean place with a quirky, earthy vibe, this works well. If you need constant attention and servers at your beck and call, you probably should look elsewhere.

The grounds at the facility were beautiful and well maintained. Check in was fast and simple. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The view from our room was incredible of the Arenal Volcano. The pool was fun and the mini spas were great too relax in. The breakfast buffet each morning was terrific. There was even an omelet station available to guests.

If you’re looking for quiet and beautiful this is your place. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the food was fantastic. The only thing missing is the pool area closes too early.
