The room was excellent. Loved that every cabin had a little porch on the front on which the guests could relax. I came to the beach resort to finally have some days without hiking or exploring and it was perfect for getting away from the crowds that exist elsewhere in Costa Rica. It felt like the beach was private. There enough other guests there to keep any lonely vibes away but it was so peaceful. You can hear the constant sound of waves from the beachfront rooms and it's amazing. Very nice place especially for a good price.

We had the most amazing week at Clandestino Beach Resort and can’t wait to you! If you’re looking for easy access to activities around Costa Rica and the perfect home base, you won’t be disappointed! The staff are very kind and helpful, we felt like family by the end of the week! The bungalows were magical and the restaurant was fabulous. The pool and beach were perfect, plus the resort dogs were a true treat!

Tout c est très bien passé.l hôtel est très beau et très agréable.le personnel est surtout la propriétaire Diana est vraiment adorable.l hôtel est très propre et super accueillant pour la famille et tranquillité.j ai vraiment apprécié la paix sur place et la nature.

Great resort and gread beachside hotel food was great but the long dirt road you have to travel every time to go anywhere suck but the resort itself is fantastic falily atmosphere very friendly and safe and the rooms were very nice and authentic jungle style

Un coin de paradis au bord du Pacifique. Bel accueil par la propriétaire et le personnel avenant. Site exceptionnel, une plage magnifique et très peu achalandée pour de longues marches et d’extraordinaires couchers de soleil, en plus de la belle piscine. De magnifiques chambres dont les immenses fenêtres donnent sur la nature environnante. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour!

Un très bel hôtel tenue par une belle personne prénommée Diane. Elle vous réserve un accueil chaleureux à l'image de son établissement. Vous y rencontrerez des animaux attachant. La plage est magnifique même si la baignade n'y est pas aisée. Allez y sans aucune hésitation !!!

Un Endroit Exceptionnel, calme, au bord de la plage, où les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle. La piscine est magnifique. Le restaurant a un charme fou avec un large choix. Les plats sont excellents. Le Personnel est au petit soin, on s'y sent tellement bien qu'on ne veut plus partir. C'est un endroit incontournable pour les amoureux de la Nature et des Animaux. Chiens, chats et même Raton Laveur se côtoient en toute simplicités. On a adoré.

My wife and kids (11 and 7 years old) had a wonderful stay at the Clandestino Beach Resort. This is a very low key, relaxing experience. The location is outstanding just steps from the beach and the villas are nestled into a beautiful jungle giving it a very tropical vibe. You can hear the ocean waves crashing from all parts of the property. The beach ia S beautiful, clean and quiet. You feel like you are at the end of the earth. Diana, the owner and operator, is lovely and made sure the trip was enjoyable for us. Rooms were good sized, nicely decorated, and very clean. A/C was great to come back to after a long day at the pool or beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served onsite and there are a few restaurants nearby. The included classic tico breakfast was super. There was also pastries, bread and coffe available at no charge. You are also able to select other items for a reasonable fee. Lunch and dinner onsite were both available for a fee and were very tasty. You can taste that everything is fresh and made to order. Drink selection was good as well. Lots to do in the area. Waterfall tours, mangrove tours, jungle tours, sunset cruises. Definitley rent a car so you can explore the area with ease. If you are looking for a big resort with loud music, pool games, kids club, buffets, entertainment etc. this is not for you. If you want to unplug, move at your own pace, and decompress, you will have a great time here.

We loved this beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable, the pool was amazing and the food was excellent. I fell in love with Pepper their pet raccoon! Added bonus is that Playa Palo Seco has the best sunsets in Costa Rica We will definitely return.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein riesengroßes Kingsize Bett. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zum Pool und Blick auf das Meer. Die gesamte Mannschaft war sehr um einen guten Service, geschmackvolles Essen und eine gute Stimmung bemüht. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

It's in a very layback small hotel. Just in front of a secluded beach... It had great internet, even reach the beach lounger. Simple but very filling breakfast. Also one extra good point checking is 1.30pm so perfect after check out from previous destination. This is manage by a very friendly family. If you are looking for a calm relax oasis this is for you. If you're looking for a place with a lot of people to serve you and in the middle of action is not. We just wanted to rest after very active previous days and this was perfect, truly enjoy it!!
