Le parc manuel antonio est a 10 minutes en voiture. Belle accueil, sympathique et agréable, cadre calme, chambres spacieuses. Bon conseil pour visiter et profiter de la region.

El trato del personal excelente , la habitación es grande y cómoda sin lujos. Tiene su propio estacionamiento. Me encanta que en el desayuno puedes estar viendo a los changuitos y estar dándoles de comer. Si regresaría a hospedarme en el mismo sitio

Great and very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. We didn’t like the bathroom which was open to bugs and animals as it was attached to the room with high walls but the heat and animals and bugs could get in.

La habitación grande y confortable, solo le faltaba algo de mantenimiento a algún accesorio del baño. El desayuno estuvo bien en un quincho con mesas al lado de la pileta, el paisaje y plantas en el hotel muy lindo, lo único es que la pileta estaba muy deteriorada la pintura (dicen que la van a arreglar en temporada baja) y están en obra otras partes del hotel que supongo serían salones para juegos y otros. Pero compensa el precio pagado.

Close to Manual Antonio park but you have to drive. It says 6 min walk but that is not correct. There is a very long, high bunch of hills to the park.

L’hôtel propose des Bungalows qui sont très bien aménagés. Le coin piscine a un grand besoin de réfection et de lumière. Le bar extérieur mériterait d’être ouvert le soir pour offrir quelques boissons et snacks pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like is that I think it needs more staff, the TVs are also small because the room is big and the bathroom mirror is still small, it takes up bigger space. The air dripped all night. Maybe that.

Il personale, in particolare la persona che io ho incontrato, ovvero Jerald, è stato squisito. L’albergo purtroppo sembra aversi in uno stato un po’ di abbandono, poca manutenzione di una parte dell’hotel, la piscina era sporca con l’acqua sono tostate, per quello che ho pagato non lo riscegliere. Ei assolutamente. Consiglio di mantenere personale professionale.

We did not stay in the property given the poor state and unsafe conditions of the facilities (end Nov 2025) 1- We booked the deluxe bungalow, butwhen we arrived to the property, they told us that the electronic lock was not working and they could not fix it.  2- They offered alternatives but the rooms they showed us were substandard: no water in the taps, big gap in the toilets between the roof and the wall- which did not allowed for basic privacy and it felt unsafe for our belongings and us personally; there were cockroaches in the room and many areas in the hotel were in disarray and looked shabby/ under construction. Every part of the complex looked abandoned and dilapidated, nothing like the photos. We even doubted that it was operational when we arrived, the front of the building looked so shabby and abandoned- no ordinary reception desk. All communication are via WhatsApp.  3- The person who opened the front door reassured us that we could have a full refund. She even called hotels to try to book us for the night, which seems to indicate it’s not an isolated event. We ended up booking another place so we could stay somewhere safe for the night. This caused added stress and disruption to our trip. When I messaged the property to ask them to reply to the claim for refund, they declined but offered instead to give me cash (partial refund of $60) if I could come to collect it in person, which I refused because it seemed unsafe and dodgy. No resolution from Expedia neither
