We were greeted by the property owner carrying an umbrella to our car because of a torrential downpour. He walked us to the room, showed us how to work all the amenities, and then took us to the community kitchen to show us around there. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful and made us feel completely at ease. His efforts felt super helpful after a long night and nearly full day of travel. 10/10 would easily stay again.

Thank you Dwight for your hospitality. It’s a perfect place and I will highly recommend this location to my corporate colleagues. As for guest if you need a place to stay quite and close tot the airport not in the unsafe city center this is the place 👍

It was very impersonal the owner and the staff were always available to help in any way they could. The place was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again if it was geographically suitable.

Nice place, booked at last minute so the room wasn’t freshly cleaned. Dead bugs all over the bathroom and entry floor.

Great hotel to stay at. Along the freeway but quiet in the room. Room was huge, comfortable and clean. On site free covered parking. Staff friendly and helpful

Hotel La Arena es un negocio familiar y tiene ese aire de calidez familiar que no se encuentra en cadenas grandes. Nos atendió personalmente el dueño. Muy atento y amable. Lo grandioso es que nos permiten llegar con mascotas y se tiene la sensación de ser bien recibido, por lo que usamos este hotel con frecuencia. Super recomendado para viajes familiares que incluyen a nuestras mascotas.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was you had to drive 15 to 20 minutes for food. I would recommend they provide some type food or snacks you can buy

Great stopover for a hot shower and comfortable accommodations for a late arrival or early departure. Very clean and convenient!!!e sure to call ahead for shuttle service prior to arrival. On another note, I found Uber to be just as convenient and a little cheaper!

Rafael, the owner, is super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel. And the pool was wonderful! The bathroom sink faucet in room 12 was trickling a bit. But I believe it just needs a new washer (or removing the one there now.) The wifi is not strong in the room but is available on the property.
