The property was beautiful. Every morning i got to view the volcano from my hotel room and enjoyed the hot springs and pool. The hotel has a lot of activities and excursions and i recommend booking the zip line or horseback riding, those were fun. I also recommend the volcanic wrap package at the spa, it was very relaxing and worth it. Overall, i had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive.

Family of 5, booked 2 rooms due to the larger rooms not available at booking, but requested they be next to each other. Not only were they next to each other, they were in a great location on property and both rooms were the larger size with the extra beds. Property is clean, very spread out, pools are amazing, breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again if ever in La Fortuna again.

The grounds, pools, and villas were amazing. They designed the stone natural hot spring pools very well. It was a great location close to activities and restaurants. Everything you could need is at the souvenir shop. We loved it, the kids loved it, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We loved this resort. Most excursions picked up on location. The hot springs on the property were amazing, as well as the pool and water slide. We saw frogs, butterflies and birds on the trails. The view of the valcano was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was the walls between rooms are incredibly thin. We stayed as a group and they placed us next to each other, so it wasn't that big of a deal for us, but I'm sure it would have been frustrating if we didn't know the people connected to us. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property! The volcano views were absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are nothing special, but we knew that and were mostly wanting to enjoy the pool and hot springs at the property. The volcano observatory on the property was an amazing viewpoint!!! The breakfast was included and was okay. Location of this resort is perfect for activities and driving into La Fortuna. Would definitely recommend this property.

The landscaping is wonderful, the gardens are great. Very friendly staff. The view of the volcano is fantastic. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay again.

The resort style pools are heated naturally. There is a wide selection of tropical drinks at the swim up bar. A delicious breakfast with a wide selection was included with our room. Overall this is a very relaxing resort that I highly recommend.

It was convenient with a short walk from our hotel room to the hot springs to the restaurant and back! Beautiful location with views of the volcano from almost anywhere in the resort. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options also. The hot springs also had a variety of pools to try out with different temperatures! Great place to relax in the evenings and very safe. Would definitely come back!

This Hotel and Hot Spring Waters is one of the best places in Arenal Volcano area. Staff is kind, rooms are clean. Breakfast service is great. I only wish the check in time was a little earlier, since 3pm is kind of late when you arrive from not that far, and you are willing to rest.
