Huge rooms, beautiful landscaping withing the hotel property, warm pools, and a very intimate hotel with less than 20 rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, including huge bathrooms. The bathroom also included a retractable clothesline for hanging up swimming suits and towels. The staff was top notch, especially Dixie, Francine, Helen, and Yferson. Great bar drinks, breakfast, and dinner. Breakfast was included with the stay, and food was excellent. Location was great, very close to the grocery store, laundromat, and great restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på Hotel Naoz og syntes det var et perfekt utgangspunkt for å utforske Manuel Antonio-området. Hotellet var rent og velholdt, og noe vi satte ekstra pris på var sengene. Etter flere netter på ulike hoteller i Costa Rica var det deilig å finne senger som faktisk var myke og komfortable, og ikke føltes som å sove på planker. Beliggenheten fungerte veldig bra for oss. Hotellet ligger sentralt nok til at vi kunne gå rundt 20 minutter og finne både butikker, restauranter og kaféer. Samtidig er det kort kjøretur til både Manuel Antonio nasjonalpark og strendene. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet. Både de i resepsjonen og de som serverte frokost bidro til en varm og avslappet atmosfære. Frokosten var også veldig bra, med god variasjon og nok alternativer til at man fikk en fin start på dagen. Hvis du ønsker et rent, komfortabelt og godt plassert hotell for å oppleve Manuel Antonio og Quepos, er Hotel Naoz et sted vi gjerne anbefaler videre.

The pool it’s lovely. The staff incredible. My only complaint is that they turn off the lights at 10:00PM and when you return after that, have que walk the property without any lights! If they add motion sensors the problem it’s resolved

Small, but nice property. Beautiful trees and plants near the pool, lovely pool, friendly and welcoming staff and very tasty breakfast. The local Costa Rican breakfast, (Casado), was very tasty! It is located near a small center with multiple food spots. Several restaurants and small grocery stores were also nearby. Cons: The rooms have limited space for clothes, no drawers, no iron/ironing board, and the TV only had options for streaming apps.

very nice overall , clean , great helpful staff ,only weird thing was tv was set p on a wall where you could not watch it without turning sideways as its not in front of the wall of your bed.

Ein richtig schönes, gemütliches kleines Hotel, welches geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet wurde. Der dschungelartig gestaltete Poolbereich lädt nach einem anstrengenden Tag zum Abkühlen und Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück stärkt super für den Tag und ist reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich- lediglich ein Sitzmöglichkeit haben wir vermisst. Auch das Abendessen ist gut. Die Nähe zum Manuel Antonio Nationalpark ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen - trotz vieler schöner Unterkünfte auf unserer Costa Rica Rundreise zählt das Hotel zu unseren Favoriten.

El hotel Naoz fue más de lo que esperaba. Todo maravilloso, el personal de recepción, barra y cocina muy amables en todo momento. Además algo que marcó mi experiencia fue la ayuda que recibí de parte de Helen y Dixiana en recepción quienes me ayudaron a organizar actividades en la zona haciendo mi estadía una muy divertida. El desayuno diario fue muy agradable con unas 4 o 5 opciones a escoger y muy reconfortante para iniciar el día. La piscina estaba a buena temperatura y los alrededores se veían bonitos. Hay un bar y menú de cocina que también aproveché y disfruté. Los recomiendo.

Such a lovely boutique hotel! Gorgeous rooms, huge bathrooms. SUPER CLEAN & well maintained. Will definitely come back when visiting Manuel Antonio and it’s gorgeous beaches again!

We enjoyed our stay! This hotel lived up to the reviews and photos. Rooms were basic and very clean. The pool was nice, surrounded by lovely plants and flowers. The hotel itself seems new and also very clean. The design throughout the hotel was cohesive and nice. The location was perfect - just a short walk off the main road and right by a bus stop. We had a rental car, but the parking situation in Manuel Antonio made it much easier to just hop on the public bus and quickly go wherever. We saw a few monkeys right outside the hotel! The restaurant was good - a convenient option for a meal or quick poolside snack or drink. Staff were friendly. We were traveling with an infant. The only downside of the hotel was that it was easy to hear through the rooms. With only 16 rooms, we worried we would disturb other guests.
