Great views. Monkeys, toucans, and macaws seen right from our balcony! Steep road to the entrance with literally 4-5 parking spots at the top. You can park at the bottom and ride the golf cart up. Buffet breakfast was good. Activities and grounds (fountains, ect)were, Im assuming, shut down for maintenance.

Das Hotel ist gerade neu gebaut und direkt auf einem Berg. Von oben gibt es ein Restaurant und Aussichtspunkte. Man sieht den Ozean oder auch die Berge. Das Zimmer hat ein Riesen Bett und sehr gute Klimaanlage. Inbegriffen ist eine gratis Tour mit dem eigenen Guide durch den Park und Hängebrücken. Haben Tucane, Affen und Nasenbären gesehen. Wirklich für den Preis ein sehr sehr gutes und aussergewöhnliches Hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was not your average hotel — this was a destination experience. The property itself is breathtaking. Nestled in the lush jungle canopy above Manuel Antonio, the views are the kind that stop you mid-sentence. Every morning I woke up to the sounds of the rainforest, howler monkeys in the distance, and a sunrise that reminded me exactly why Costa Rica is called the "Rich Coast." The rooms are beautifully appointed, the grounds are immaculate, and the overall atmosphere strikes that rare perfect balance between luxury and pure nature. But what truly elevated this stay above anything I could have expected was one person — Jairo. Jairo is, without question, one of the finest hospitality professionals I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From day one, he took the time to genuinely understand what I was looking for in my experience — not just as a guest, but as a person. He crafted a personalized itinerary tailored specifically to my interests, curated local recommendations I never would have discovered on my own, and checked in with me daily to make sure every detail exceeded expectations. The hotel really is at the top of a mountain so the views in every direction were amazing. Stayed in the main building level one. Full access to the whole park's network of trails and suspension bridges makes this an ideal location for wildlife viewing. Road up is very steep but it is safe because it is one way traffic with separate roads going up versus going down. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Supper quality was good, however not much choice for vegetarian, other than salad and french fries (both were very good though). This is the place for wildlife. Were able to see squirrel monkeys, sloths, a nesting pair of tucans, a pair of macaws, iguanas and frogs. Every morning, Jose the hotel park naturalist does a free one hour tour with his spotting scope where you can learn all about the animals and their habitat. You can purchase a night tour with Jose and see up close some amazing creatures including colorful frogs and two-toed sloth. Highly recommend purchasing a tour with Jose.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, surrounded right in the middle of the jungle. We were able to see so many different types of birds, monkeys, and other wildlife throughout our stay. They also offer a day tour with Jose, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the country and made the experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, though it’s good to be prepared for ants and tiny insects since you’re staying in a natural outdoor environment. Aside from that, the staff took great care of us and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience!

My boys (4&8) absolutely LOVED it here. There were trails galore, we got to pet a baby raccoon and a nice local cat. We saw basilisk lizards run across water, monkeys in the trees, anoles, bullfrogs, iguanas! Short driver to Playa Biesanz and Playa Manual Antonio! The staff is super sweet and helpful! For the amount of openness and bugs, they did a great job keeping the place clean! They’re also working on the property for the upkeep which is nice to see! They take pride in their hotel. Highly recommend! The views are breathtaking! My only regret is not going up to snag a view of a sunset during our 3 night stay! Super safe traveling as a single momma with 2 young boys!

The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it.

The rooms are clean. AC works well. Staff are very friendly. Tour is the best part, we saw so many animals in the park and hanging bridges are all in good condition. Jose the tour guide is the best.
