Lovely hotel in a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed the hot spring pools, the beautiful infinity pool, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

Great to stay at such a beautiful place with its own series of hot thermal pools. Rooms were well appointed. Wonderful to spend time in the car area with an awesome view of the volcano. Be aware that at times the pool areas could be busy with day use visitors but there is still plenty of spots to hang out. Very nice daily breakfast.

Great to stay at such a beautiful place with its own series of hot thermal pools. Rooms were well appointed. Wonderful to spend time in the car area with an awesome view of the volcano. We loved this place! The grounds were stunningly beautiful with mature plants everywhere, rooms were lovely and comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was big with natural light. We got a wonderful couples massage and the food was really fresh and delicious. Staff all spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. We especially loved the coffee shop that overlooked the volcano.

Beautiful property. Very clean and feels secluded even though it is located by the main road. Thermal pools are amazing, varying in size and water temperature. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at paradise thermal hot springs resort! The facilities were impeccable and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We got to experience beautiful views of the volcano every morning while sipping local coffee from our balcony. The included buffet styled breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fruits, local foods, and pastries. The thermal pools were incredibly beautiful with tropical plants surrounding everything. There was even a private thermal infinity pool just for guests that overlooked a beautiful field leading up to the volcano. We definitely recommend staying here when you visit La Fortuna. PS: if we book through a third party site, my husband and I always call the hotel ahead to confirm our reservation. So far, we have never had issues, but I say this because we did witness one couple who were very upset due to complications with their booking. Although I don’t know the specifics of their situation, I did notice that the staff were very professional and courteous towards them. Pura Vida!
