I booked last minute fue to a flight change. This place was perfect for myself and my 3 year old. Their restaurant served delicious food, the people running the place are super kind, welcoming, and helpful. Bathroom and room were clean and the AC worked great. I would absolutely stay here again. I noticed a good amount of locals eating here for breakfast and I have to say everything I ate was fantastic. We will be back next time we stay in San José

Very clean, great location, wonderful staff. A bit of street noise until later in the evening. Beautiful place to watch the sunset from the 3rd floor. Oh, and parrots flying by!

Staff was very helpful. They overbooked our room at Park View so gave us an Uber ride to their sister hotel Tucan a few blocks away. Very nice people. Room was quieter at the Tucan. Great breakfast to go. Wonderful coffee!!

Great value for a overnight stay prior to flying out of SJO. Very clean, friendly staff, wonderful Tico breakfast. Great value if all you need is a good place to spend the night prior to your flight. Uber to the airport was only 4,000 colones ($8.00) during the day. Great location in the heart of the city. Next to the beautiful Cathedral and park. The old military barracks is now one of the best history museums in Costa Rica. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Room was very clean, bright and airy. Good shower and hot water. Good air conditioner, but wish they also had a fan. Friendly staff. Daytime noise from the street, but was quiet after around 9 pm.
