The property was absolutely beautiful, Will maintain, and the staff was wonderful! Even though it’s a large resort, it didn’t feel busy because there are so many little areas, walking paths and Hot Springs to escape to. We will definitely be visiting again! Excellent vacation!

Absolutely amazing place. The swim up bar and views of the Arenal volcano are breathtaking. The staff was always helpful and so kind. Club rio has so much to do and great with kids. The food was top notch… plus you can eat anywhere with any menu which is great for families. You can’t come to this area of Costa Rica and not stay here. Everything you need or want is here and if it’s not they will set it up for you!

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.

An incredible property immersed into the rainforest. So much to do on property including club rio where you felt even more remote. We enjoyed the hot springs more down in club rio than the ones closer to the rooms, which were also great. We saw monkeys and sloths on property as well. Staff were always very accommodating and the concierge staff were also very helpful. We would definitely staff at The Springs again.

This hotel and property were fabulous! The grounds were absolutely stunning and the staff were fantastic! When we first checked in Esteban showed us around and explained everything about the property. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 5. We told Esteban we were hoping to see animals and he offered to take us around and look for animals the next morning. He met us the next morning and we saw a number of sloths, frogs, iguanas, and even pigs living wild on the property! Esteban and the rest of the staff go above and beyond! We all enjoyed Club Rio and again then staff was amazing! The hot springs are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. There is something for everyone here. We absolutely loved our stay!

The best resort I have even stayed in. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. The grounds are Pristine and full of nature and wildlife. The pool bar was incredible along with all the other bars around the property. There are hot springs all over the property. You feel like you’re in a theme park. The service is top notch and exactly what you would expect at a 5 star resort. I was truly mind blown by this location and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying at the springs resort!

Pictures truly don’t do this place justice. Everything felt bigger and more impressive in person. Our Vista Grande Double Room was incredibly spacious, and the view of Arenal Volcano was absolutely stunning. The resort feels tucked away, private, and peaceful while still offering every comfort. Unlike many resorts, the property feels new, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The staff were amazing throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurants were excellent, and the complimentary coffee was some of the best we’ve had. The morning buffet was a perfect way to start each day. One of the highlights of our trip was the Club Rio excursions. They were convenient, well organized, and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the ATV tour, night walk, and river tubing, all of which added to an unforgettable Costa Rica experience. We hated to leave and would return without hesitation. Photos simply can’t capture how beautiful and expansive the resort feels in person. From the spacious accommodations and breathtaking volcano views to the exceptional service and memorable activities, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way.

This place is spectacular—nothing like it as far as outdoor hot-pools in a spectacular jungle atmosphere. So many pools to choose from at varying degrees, that you are able to find your own personal pool. Realized my dream of floating in a hot-pool while watching monkey frolicking above me in the trees! So expansive that it seemed like you ad the place to yourself!
