Wonderful quiet retreat. Spent our evenings watching toucans and cooling off in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent - avocado toast for breakfast was a highlight. No TV in the room was great! Meant we really had a chance to disconnect from the world!

We loved our stay at Tiki Villas. The properties were well furnished and in an idyllic location and the restaurant and pool area is exceptional. Admittedly, you can here some road noise on occasions in the distance but this is almost inevitable along this part of the coast. Also, it's nothing compared to the noise of the wildlife 😀. There was a problem when we booked in, as we were supposed to have a double double villa but due to some issue with their bookings, they had overbooked these type of villas but instead they offered us two double bed villas at no extra cost. This annoyed at the time as we had booked some months ago and I asked to see the manager to explain the reasons for this. The man at reception, Gerald, was apologetic and went to see the manager. Gerald came back and stated again we had been offered the other Villa at no extra cost and I could cancel if I wished. However, it would have been nice if the Manager himself could have come over and spoken to me, as I subsequently realised he was only seated in the restaurant close by. Anyway, we did not let this spoil our stay and we ate at the restaurant every evening and food was excellent. In addition, our breakfast every morning, which we hadn't realised was complementary, was also exceptional. The staff were also very helpful. I've mentioned Gerald but I would also like to pass on a special thanks to Walter, who served us in the restaurant most evenings. He catered for our every need and was very professional

Meget smukke villaer med alt, hvad man har behov for. Smuk udsigt udover træer og havet i baggrunden. Vi så mange forskellige fugle, og det var som at bo i en luksus jungle med udendørsbruser, net hvor man kan sole, lækker morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad og baggrundsmusik fra fugle, aber og havet.

This modern boutique hotel exceeded all our expectations. The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking, and what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible wildlife—every morning and evening we were able to watch countless birds, including toucans and parrots. It felt like something out of a nature documentary. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared each day. Dinner was just as impressive, with high-quality dishes that made every evening feel special. The service was exceptional throughout our stay: attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Overall, the hotel is beautifully maintained and incredibly stylish, with a modern design that creates a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.

This is the perfect place to come home to each day on your adventurous Costa Rican vacation. This was our first time in Costa Rica and we had an amazing experience, mostly due to the hospitality of Tiki Villas (Kerling was our guardian angel the whole week!). Their recent renovation is spectacular and so relaxing and comfortable. As for the sights, we could see the ocean from our deck, and enjoyed views of the rainforest wildlife. Simply spectacular! Pura Vida!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel venait juste d’être rénové avec goût. La vue est superbe, l’hôtel est au calme et facile d’accès comparé à certaines propriétés au Costa Rica. Le personnel est très professionnel et le restaurant délicieux . Très bien situé à 15 min d’Uvita et de Dominical. N

Easy access, super clean, excellent room design. Chefs were outstanding. Made boring food taste good and they should be proud of their work. Nice views and cool built in hammock. Cons: main pool is not that big and the other guests chairs are literally just beside it a foot away.

Beautifully renovated property (it reopened in January after extensive property upgrades). The villas were beautifully designed. The views are stunning. The pool area was lovely. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff was very friendly. No major complaints whatsoever. A few minor things to improve, but not enough to give less stars (and the staff mentioned that they were still finalizing some things due to furniture shipments delayed, etc). The pool area could use a few more lounge chairs; the main lobby area could use a bit more decor (plants, more tables, pillows, etc) to fill out the space and create a more intimate feeling.
