For our anniversary, we went to this location and wanted to get a real sense of the culture, not remain in ritzy resorts. The employee is welcoming and willing to help at regular business hours. The overall environment isnt the best, but it is decent for the money, some units have no hot water, and some are. Since wifi only works at one pool, which is on the gravel lot, not within or adjacent to any, so you will be emailing or carrying out any business activity that includes calling on the internet. We did look into other places as similar to this one, but the lack of pools didnt feel as pleasant. The town is about two blocks from Coco Beach, which has volcanic sand, and has a lot of natural debris on it, and is completely black at night. Walk to the main strip of Coco, where all of the bars and restaurants are located, takes about 20 minutes if you are a walker. There is good security at the location, and we felt safe, so you shouldnt have any concerns. If you have someone in your party who has difficulty walking or climbing hills, this is not the location for you because I am partially disabled to walk. Parking is at an angle, there are about 4 to 5 steps on the first level, 2 flights on the second level, and Lord knows how many on the ground floor apartment.

This place is very convenient because it is located near the center of town. When you arrived, I arrived at this place. It is also quite clean and fully equipped. There is also a terrace here where you can enjoy views of the sea and sunset. But they can't do a better job at providing customer service, the foreigners will be treated like national tourists.

We had a pleasant experience when we stayed here for four nights. The room was tidy and nice. There is a kitchen and enough space for two people. I had to pay for a good laundry but the WiFi was bad. The water was not that high. There is no restaurant. For this price I would have had high expectations.

I would suggest having a screen in the windows. Everything was perfect for me. I enjoyed the peace and quiet because I am a writer. It was often warm outside, well, I only used one climatization. It was enough. The view was fantastic.
