The hotel is next to a helicopter landing site. And they also use it at night. It's next to the motel. When they are landing, the whole hotel is shaking and there are loud bangs. There are also lots of loud bangs from doors that are closed. So you'll know when your neighbors come home at night. And some rooms have small windows to the stairs, so your room will be fully lit at that time too. But the location is pretty nice. Several steps to the beach. The beaches are lovely but can be a challenge to find shadows. And renting a sunbed and umbrella seems to vary from 110 to 220 hrk per day. And a short walk and you'll be in the old town.

I really recommend this apartment and would definitely book it again. We were first assigned 2 nights in a normal room and then 10 nights in an apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and close to the beach. A few minutes walk downstairs. Quiet and safe neighborhood with camera surveillance. 2025 minutes walk to the center, 25 minutes by car. If you like busy beaches, you can find them on both sides. Advice on one side and Jan on the other. friendly host and good communication. easy selfchecking. comfortable bed, lots of pillows and blankets in case you need extras.

Although this is far from the center divide, we had a good time during our two nights here. The front desk staff member had an open mind and was incredibly accommodating, receptive, and helpful. The apartment was excellent with a nice bed, a good bathroom, a large living room and diner, and a small but useful kitchen. The apartment was also beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a small but useful kitchen, and a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the wifi worked poorly in other rooms than the lounge. Everything was tidy and contemporary. The front desk staff arranged for us to take their van to the airport at the end of our stay for euros at the end of our stay, which was much simpler and faster than having to fly into the city centre and then take the much slower bus. Residents are given a key to a gate leading to steps down to the beach. It is steep but a lovely beach, and we swam there every day.

The villa is a concrete structure with a number of rooms that serves both short-term visitors and tenants and there is plenty of parking available for visitors. Our room is quite spacious with 6 people dining table, long sofa, and coffee table, split air conditioning, and another big table and sun loungers on the balcony. The bathroom is fairly small, and it surprised me to find no window in the master room. The location is clean, a little drawback is the location too close to the helicopter landing site, making some disturbing noise during the day.

In general, this hotel is worth the money and in a great location. You can experience an incredible taste of the croatian culture because it is right next to a nontourism beach. A cute little bar serving inexpensive drinks is also located on the beach. The hotel itself was comfortable and had air conditioning. I had a lot of trouble with the wifi because it was terrible. They weren't particularly good at changing sheets frequently throughout the day, but they did regularly give us new towels.
