Overall, what should have been a nice, pleasant stay at a nice property turned out to be fraught with tension and the impression of being threatened. The positives property is perfect for a secluded vacation, with a peaceful sandy beach nearby and spectacular waterfront views. It arrived as a full house for three families, with an outdoor al fresco dining area, kitchen, and living room. However, and this is where the experience went sour because of the extremely rude, cash-hungry, and unprofessional hosts. After the sunset, we arrived, and the access roads are terrible, much like the adopted road. Sadly, we had forgotten that the property only accepts cash, which is in essence couid times! However, we had enough for the first night and promised to receive the rest the next day. However, the proprietor convinced us to go to the ATM in the middle of the night to get more cash. Imagine being asked to take 100 s of Kuna under surveillance from two local men in a foreign country while three ladies and four hungry children waited at a remote property. That was a horrible thing. Further distress followed when one of the rooms had a leaky shower cubicle, the electricity went out, and the proprietor didn't bother to show up in either case. Overall, what had been a lovely, enjoyable stay at a wonderful property turned into a stressful anxiety and fearful experience. The property's positives, a tranquil sandy beach close by, and fantastic waterfront vistas, make it ideal for a secluded getaway. We were given an entire home for three families, including a barbecue area, kitchen, and breakfast area. However, this is where it turned sour due to the extremely impolite, cash-hungry, and unprofessional hosts. We arrived after dark, and the access roads are awfully bad, reminding us of the adopted road. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the home only accepts cash who deals with cash these days, in contrast to earlier times. But we had enough for the first night and promised to receive the remainder the following day. However, the owner convinced us to go to the atm a couple minutes away in the middle of the night to seek additional cash. Imagine being required to take 100 kuna under surveillance from two foreign men in the middle of the night from a stranger! All the while three women and four hungry children waited at a remote property. That emotion was awful. More pain occurred when one of the rooms had a leaky shower cubicle, the electricity went out, and the proprietor didn't bother to show up in either case.
