O hotel oferece quarto amplo , limpo , confortável com roupa de cama e travesseiros de primeira linha porém meu quarto não tinha frigobar. Café da manhã ok Atendimento da recepção atencioso. A única questão é a localização: perto do porto e do shopping, o q é ótimo. Porém, fica em uma rua com aspecto decadente que passa sensação de insegurança. Mas, após a primeira impressão, percebi q a cidade toda é assim mesmo. No geral , o hotel é recomendável. Voltaria a me hospedar nele se voltar a Split.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We needed information regarding the bus system and assistance in booking a taxi to the airport. They were always open and willing to help. The breakfast was excellent.

Surrounding area looked rough (Very small streets, Graffiti, Poor). The hotel itself was very clean as well as the room. Staff was friendly. Nearby Cafè, Bus stop, and a few small convience stores.

Es war einfach Wundervoll. Wir kamen in Split im BB Residence an und wurden sehr nett von der Dame am Empfang sehr nett begrüßt und konnten sogar schon 2 Stunden früher als geplant das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war einfach nur ein Traum , ein sehr bequemes Bett, eine kleine Minibar mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, ein Großzügiger Balkon und ein Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war auch immer sehr lecker mit zum Beispiel Croissants, Toastbrot, Joghurts, Obst, Orangensaft und vielen weiteren leckeren Dingen. Das Hotel ist noch ein relativ neues Hotel und deshalb auch sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Putzfrauen kamen jeden Morgen ins Zimmer und haben es immer super sauber gereinigt. Die Damen am Empfang waren alle immer sehr nett und Hilfsbereit da ich 2 mal ein Taxi brauchte haben sie mir eins bestellt auf ihrer Landessprache Kroatisch. Das einzige was wir zu kritisieren haben ist das das Hotel leider 30 Minuten Fussweg außerhalb der Stadt liegt . Aber die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen:-). Dankeschön

Modern spacious apartment with free breajfast and parking included. We stayed during the off season so it was a third of the normal price so very good value for a family of 5

Très bon accueil. Super petit déjeuner. Hôtel moderne et propre. À 25 minutes à pied du centre historique. Stationnement assez facile. Petit supermarché à 2minutes.Seul bémol, les tours type hlm autour mais pas vraiment problèmatique.

A nice hotel, friendly check in. A nice bar down stairs. A nice room, but I did find the mattress too soft, one of those memory foam ones (just my preference for a firmer mattress). I would normally walk every where and it is walkable to the centre, however I'm currently recovering from a broken ankle (everything booked before accident), and found Uber very cheap and useful. I would be happy to stay here again.
