Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der Altstadt Restaurants und der Hafen sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist ein Problem, es empfiehlt sich dringend ein nahegelegenen Parkhaus anzufahren, die 20 Euro sind gut angelegtes Geld. Parkgebühren betragen 1,30 Euro pro Stunde.

Sandra the owner was over and above helpful. She was so gracious about helping us find the apartment location and very personable. She made very good recommendations for restaurants and anything we wanted. Couldn't ask for anything more

Small, beautifully restored and upgraded old hotel nestled in a quaint alleyway in an historic part of Sibenik. The room was barely bigger than the King bed, but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Modern, fully upgraded bathroom. No staff on location, so its critical to be in contact with the remote staff for entry instructions.

We stayed at the Fenice Palace for two nights in May and had the most wonderful time. Space: Cosy, lovely and perfect for a couple exploring the beautiful town of Šibenik. Well equipped and really thoughtfully put together with a super comfortable bed, crisp linens and hotel washroom essentials. Location: Tucked away on a gorgeous, historical side street of the old town. Cheap parking just one minute walk away, plus (most importantly) bars, restaurants and shops even closer. Hosts: Sandra and Josip were just wonderful hosts. So kind and helpful with plenty of great advice on how to best enjoy the town and surrounding areas. Had we stayed longer we would have loved to take them out for a drink! We can't wait to come back. Love, Jake and Molly x

The room was very well prepared awaiting my arrival. There was a bottle of complimentary drinking water and a piece of chocolate. The owner checked with me regarding my needs throughout the 5-night stay, ensuring I am taken care off.

If you decide to visit Sibenick (and you should), Fenice is an excellent option. It's a great location with friendly & accommodating staff. It was like staying in a cute wine cellar- very small but fine for 2 people .Mentally prepare for tiny spaces before coming to Croatia for the 1st time as this applies to almost anywhere authentic you can stay. I appreciated the good communication, accomodation of all questions, and the little touches like micellar water in the bathroom.

An incredible place to stay in Šibenik! Beautifully decorated, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. We got a lovely welcome gift as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning!

Great centrally located property. Restaurants and amenities surround. Safe and pleasant. Property comfortable and owners lovely. All perfect but I would suggest packing a small overnight bag if you are driving in, as the distance from public car park although close has cobbled areas to the property. Not ideal if transporting heavy suitcase! Overall, highly recommended.

This guest house is absolutely amazing! We felt like we were in a designer boutique hotel in a very upscale NYC neighborhood! Honestly, we do a lot of traveling and this place was the most beautifully designed guest room we have ever stayed in at any cost. Totally modern in a historic building. Our host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The location was superb! Parking was very easy and extremely close to our building , which was in the Olde Towne. Restaurants, sites and shopping in this historic district were all easily walkable. We highly recommend this guest house.

This place is super cute! The hotel doesn’t have many rooms so it’s quaint but very updated and nice. It’s in a good location to be able to walk all around town. The only negative would be the parking. If you have a car it’s expensive to park anywhere around the area.
