We had an amazing time! The surrounding area is gorgeous and the view was incredible. Zoran our host was so kind, friendly and accommodating, and the house and rooms were spotless! The property is a short, pleasant walk down the road from a bistro perfect for grabbing beers and dinner. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Thank you Zoran!

I don't recommend anyone to sleep on the sofa. It is an old apartment in a private home 6, 5 am from the north entrance of the park. It is clean but very simple if you want to cook your own food. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment had two bedrooms with one double bed in each room 150 am and one additional single bed in one of the rooms. Baby coach is available.

Our stay at Zoran’s was absolutely lovely. His property was beautiful which overlooked the mountains in a lovely area next to the Plitves parks. Zoran went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and wonderful as possible, and even picked us up at the bus station at midnight when our bus was delayed for over 4 hours!!! The most thoughtful gesture we’ve had on our journey. We are so appreciative and grateful for our experience that he provided and hope to be back someday. Thank you Zoran!

Absolutely better than could have imagined. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful area. Our favorite stay in Croatia. Very close to Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes and to small town. It is a little hard to find (at very end of road). Be sure to try his brother’s restaurant for dinner. May need to ask for toiletries if you didn’t bring.

So nice place to stay. The owner runs the place himself and is very helpful and friendly. Nature and green surroundings are also very clean. I very much liked it because it was near national parks and many other good restaurants. I recommend this place if you enjoy nature and love romantic places.

In actuality, the name is Smoljanac 88, but both wake and Google Maps will know to take you there. The location is quite clean and quiet, in a tiny village with few other houses around and lots of greenery. The host is like most Croatians very nice, always smiling and real, not touristic! And both English and German. Breakfast costs extra 5 euros, but it is worth it. The host also owns a small restaurant where you can have some delicious home-made meals ask for peak, sheep or pork, youll leak your fingers. The rooms are air-conditioned, so you won't experience the outdoor weather. The location is quite close to Plitsvice lake, maybe a 15-minute drive away, and overall, very pleasant. And yes, I recommend it to everyone!.

In June 2010, the night before our trip to the stunning Plitvicka lakes national parks, the four of us stayed at Moran Franz. We are used to staying occasionally in very basic lodging that is off the beaten track after having traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe. For its quiet location and proximity to the park entrance, which made it easier to be in line with many of the summer hoards that can eat away at one's enjoyment of the really beautiful lakes, I chose Moran Franz. The lodging is straightforward, spotless, roomy, and reasonably priced. A couch, a lovely patio with a view of the countryside, and a little kitchenette were provided. Breakfast was generally mild, but adequate. You can walk down a path to a pond before climbing the opposite side to a campground cafe and shop. You will be fine staying here if you want to get off the beaten track and learn about real locals and see their way of life.

クロアチアのプリトヴィツェ湖群国立公園から至近距離にある心地よいアパート。大自然の中にある清潔な田舎の一軒家と言う感じて2階部分を使わせて頂き、親切なオーナーさんが歓迎してくれました。Wifiも全く問題なく使用でしました。但し近所に商店等は無いので、必要なものは事前に調達しておく方が良いでしょう。

Zoran was fantastic. Very hospitable and helpful. We loved the stay. It was great spot less than 10 minutes drive to Plitvice National Park. Very quiet and beautiful. Only thing was there was a cigarette smell throughout the property.
