A familyrun, lowcost, and peaceful location on the split coastline. Its a good idea to consider it if youre looking for a peaceful place to stay for a few days or if you prefer to stay out of the split. On our first night, it took us an hour to make it to one of the closest eateries at 5 a.m. Because the route to Split is hell in the offseason, so it took us an hour to travel there at 5 am. Because the rooms are small, youll have little room to move if you have luggage, and the bathroom door barely opens if you are inside. Its an incredibly old structure. Because the beach is just in front of the hotel, and umbrellas and seats are free to use, it makes for a pleasant peaceful day. The water is not the best you can get in Croatia, but it is within the more standard range in the Mediterranean. I advise you to choose a sea view room because on the other side, you are looking over a busy road.

It was a wonderful stay at Vedran Andrea, Martin and his parents are very nice, helpful, and friendly hosts. They gave us great advice to visit the cost. They are also great cooks and we had good and healthy food for dinner. Vegetables from their own garden. Great place to go.

I stayed here for 1 week. The service and food were exceptional, they really care about you like you're visiting them in your own home. Will be back if possible.

What a treasure! Just a short drive from split. On the shore. With a view of the island of brace. The hosts were lovely people who served a simple yet satisfying breakfast. The rooms were clean and had a balcony where you could watch the sun go down.
