Toni was very welcoming. He met us at the gate and even helped us with our luggage up to our room. He made sure where our car was parked was legal and safe. The room and bathroom were clean. I particularly enjoyed the cozy balcony, having a sitting area outside the room while I was enjoying my tea. In the evenings, it was nice to have cable and TV just to relax. The location is very near the Diocletian palace and the waterfront restaurants. The breakfast vouchers at Luxor is a plus! Good choice for a breakfast place. The Flora room was perfect for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Close to the old town and central bus station. Breakfast is not on the premises but in a very nice café close by. We had an early check in which was very convenient for us. We will be back!

Our host was very kind and welcoming during our check in! He supported us on finding a parking spot which can be difficult in Split, very close to the main city attractions and the restaurant for breakfast had an awesome view inside the palace! Definitely recommend

I have recently reserved these rooms for my son and daughter in law's honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make it a special occasion for them. They were greeted with wine and little biscuits and had a lovely room. When the taxi didn't get to them from the airport, I was texting the staff to ask if everything was okay and were given pictures of the wonderful extras made. Can't wait to be able to travel freely to reserve these rooms for myself. Thank you for everything you did.

I highly recommend this location because close proximity is usually small and has limited access and is expensive. It is particularly suitable for those traveling by public transport or aircraft. I had done my research before travel to Dalmatian, so I chose unusual luxury rooms for it's proximity to the central historic district and its facilities. Although parking is challenging and some of the rooms have no elevator, we got there quickly enough. However, since the one-way street could only be entered in one direction, it took three walks around the block before I parked my car and walked down to the address. Thankfully, the owner's friend was willing to take me on another route, so I could park my car overnight on the street with adequate parking fees paid at the dispenser. He also carried our luggage up to the third floor. The rooms were tastefully renovated and provided street views without making any noise. The restroom was stunning with anterooms for dressing. The some offers a complimentary breakfast at the nearby large luxury restaurant, right outside the Diocletian palace. It is straightforward to reach that split attraction from the some just two blocks away and through Strossmayer Park.

Miriam and Goran were with us to welcome us and help with all our needs. The room was spotless and was cleaned daily. The bathroom was nicely decorated with plenty of towels and accessories. The bed was quite comfy. The room has a desk and a minibar. Wifi, heating, and air conditioning are all provided. There are stairs to the room, but that is not a problem. Goran was wonderful. She assisted us with great dinner and sightseeing recommendations. She was available for all of our WhatsApp questions. Breakfast was excellent and had a choice of 2 eateries in the old city. There was coffee in the room. There is a small grocery store 50 meters away and many restaurants nearby. It is close to the ferry dock. The location is ideal. Goran is fantastic. The room is very comfortable. On our next trip, we would always stay there.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, and the owner, Goran, is the best and best host to us. Everything is so wonderful there. The room design was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good.

This really has to be the most amazing welcome and stay I have ever had. Corona and Michelle met us at the airport and immediately recognized us. First impressions count, and this amazing lovely lady certainly left us a lasting impression. They welcomed us into their home and went above and beyond for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and it had a wonderful balcony. The rooms were close to major attractions, and German was very helpful in her advice. Corona even set up our boat trio to scout for us and a boat taxi to split the airport. So, Corona take a bow! You certainly made our day. Keep doing what you do, and you will always have visitors. Thanks for a million, lovely lady.

Veldig skeptisk ved ankomst, inngangsparti lite tiltalende med tagget dør, ikke heis og rommene ligger i 3 etg. Positivt overrasket av rom og bad, rolig og meget sentralt område selv om det ikke ser slik ut ved ankomst. Bildene lyver litt mht området rundt, men det var ingen overraskelse for vår del. Butikker og marked ligger like ved. Absolutt en plass jeg kunne reist tilbake til, egner seg godt for par.
