Excellent location, easy to find and not too far of a walk from the main bus terminal, leave the building walk across the street and your in Old Town, good value, Sandra made check in and communication was superb! Loved having a twin single room at a reasonable price! Thanks for a great stay in Spilt! Highly recommend

This was an amazing place, from the location to its staff it was perfect! Very clean Nice and cozy room Comfortable bed TV great Desk space great Bathroom clean and spacious Big spacious closet as well Sandra was amazing and super helpful. The hotel is steps from main shopping stores -super close to everything really. Only little thing is that other guests were extremely loud past midnight so I kept on waking up and it was annoying. It happened almost every day out of the 6 days that I stayed. If I return to Split, I would def book this place again!!!!

Most of all, I liked the location. In the city center, close to everything. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. A little noisy in the evenings, but not disastrous. It is not always convenient to have no staff at the reception, although the keys were with me. But on the day of departure, I did not even ask to leave my luggage because I was not sure that I would not come to the closed doors. But in general - excellent.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich. Etwas abgewöhnt. Einziges Manko ist die Diskothek am Haus, allerdings ist ab 23 Uhr dort Ruhe. Villa Olea ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

部屋は、僧正異常に綺麗で快適に過ごせました。旧市街からも徒歩圏内で、観光にとてもべんりでした。当日、バスターミナルから向かいましたが、大きなスーツケースを持っていたため、階段や坂道が多かったら心配だったので、タクシーで行きました。見事にぼられましたが許容範囲内なので、全然良いですが笑　帰りは徒歩で行きました。簡単な行き方を教えてもらい、階段等もなくスムーズにバスターミナルへ行くことができました。徒歩15分弱くらいでしょうか。Splitは。割とホテル代が高かったため、旧市街徒歩圏内で、お手頃料金で泊まるならこちらのホテルおすすめです。女性一人旅でしたが、何のトラブルもなく、夜、帰ってきても、安全でした。

This is a great location, never more than 5 mins walk from anywhere in the old town. The rooms are simple but clean, solid and has everything you could need. Air con great, very quiet. As others mentioned, on Friday and Saturday nights the pub downstairs finishes at 2am, but we were out until then anyway and the other nights it is offered to move us to another upgraded hotel if the noise would be an issue but we didn’t. It really was great. I was travelling with friends but wouldn’t happily take my wife back (who has exacting standards).

It is 150 metres from the old city, there is now view from the ground floor. The rooms are great with a very large bed. An excellent shower in a very good bathroom. The maid service is very good as is the reception. There is a disco next door that was very loud in our room, but it starts at 21:00 and stops at 23:00 on the dot. I would stay at this hotel again.

This was the best deal in Split for a wonderful location. Room very clean and strong AC. Only thing you should note is the office is not 24 hours so if you arrive past 10pm you must inform them so they can arrange to meet you. Also, leaving the bag at the hotel they stay til around 2pm so you may need to put in other storage facility after. With al this, still great deal considering other hotels much pricier!

Comfortable and perfectly located small hotel. Rooms have been nicely renovated. The beds are even better than my mattress at home. There is a long shelf along one wall to put all your electronics with plugs. WiFi is decent; it’s fast enough to stream Netflix to my iPad. There is also a tv. Located only a few steps from the iron gate of Diocletian’s Palace.

So close to the old town, awesome location. Driving into town and finding parking was a bit tricky. Parking was about 20 euro per day. Other than that, it was awesome.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge; bra bemötande och mycket bra läge. Det var andra gången vi bodde på detta hotell. Den här gängen fick vi ett fint och tyst rum (fikon heter det). Nära till shopping, restauranger och sevärdheter.

O quarto é bom, ar condicionado funcionando bem, Wi-Fi bom. A única coisa que falta é um minibar, no verão é bom ter uma água mais gelada no quarto. O pessoal da recepção foi muito atencioso, especialmente o Mark, que me permitiu deixar minha mala no Villa enquanto eu passei alguns dias em Hvar. O Villa fica colado ao palácio e aos pontos principais de Split, localização perfeita. Split é uma cidade muito interessante, com ótima comida e belos passeios. Só preste atenção quando for comprar algum passeio, peça o itinerário por escrito, porque eles vendem uma coisa e fazem outra. Eu recomendo o Villa! Thanks Mark!
