The staff was attentive, courteous and eager to help. The accommodations were modern, cleaned daily and quite comfortable. Importantly it is extremely well located and is staffed around the clock.

Pasamos aquì nuestras ultimas dos noches antes de dejar Cuba y todo fuè perfecto! El Hostal esta ubicado en una zona muy bonita y cerca de todo. La casa tiene mucho ambiente y la habitacion para tres personas era grande, comoda y limpia. El personal fuè super amable, nos dieron muchos buenos consejos sobre las actividades por hacer en La habana y nos reservaron los espectaculos. Los desayunos eran deliciosos! Volveriamos sin duda! :-)

We were really happy with our stay here. The room was excellent with a mini fridge, air con, balcony, and comfy beds. The staff were helpful and happy to arrange things like an airport transfer. The hostel is really more of a small hotel in my mind, and its location is ideal for exploring Havana Vieja.

Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. Nosso quarto tinha uma cama de casal embaixo e mais duas de solteiro num mezanino. Tudo reformado e novinho. Hostal aconchegante. Voltaria com certeza. A 10 ou 15 minutos caminhando calmamente dos principais pontos turísticos.

We had a wonderful time at Hostal Peregrino Consulado. The hostel itself is beautiful and each of the rooms were spacious, well presented and with lovely tall ceilings. Most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with whichever question we had. We felt as though they cared that we had a good and safe time in Havana which we found very heartwarming.

We spent several nights at Hostal Peregrino and it was a fantastic stay. The property is very centrally located. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The staff was extremely nice. We would particularly like to thank Zelia for her kindness, help and advice. She made our stay really special. We will definitely be coming back!

Great family run hostel and great hospitality. Central location in Havana close to all major attractions. Clean room, comfy bed, TV, air con, mini bar, fridge. Continental breakfast for 2 euro. Highly recommended

I have booked Hostel Peregrino Consulado again for my last two nights in Havana to ensure that I can enjoy every last minute of what Havana has to offer within close proximity and walking distance to where I'm staying. As a card carrying tourist with no cash in hand, Hostel Peregrino was a life saver, bieng able to reserve a room and pay online at a very reasonable rate with the ability to book excursions and other services using my bank cards made the difference between a really expensive holiday and a very reasonable priced holiday with lots to see and do. I will be returning to Cuba and to hostel Peregrino Consulado in the sumer holidays with my family when the kids break up from school to once again enjoy the hospitality, sights, sounds, salsa and taste of Havana as well as scuba diving the coral reefs off the coast of Havana for only £50 adding to that a four hour horse riding excursion through Vinales Valley at an unbeatable price of only 20 euros💚 Highly recommended VIVA LA REVOLUCIÓN

A great guest house within Central Havana with beautiful decor and high ceilings throughout the guest House. Top class amenities, very clean rooms, comfy beds, air- conditioned rooms with TV, fridge, mini bar, private bathroom and balcony. Continental breakfast for 2 euro with an upgrade to a breakfast spread fit for a king for a few euros more. Friendly and very helpful hosts offering the best Cuban excursions throughout the Island like the one I've been on, to the Vinales Valley in the Cuban countryside where a four hour horse ride through the picturesque Vinales valley surrounded by mountains costs only 20 euros with friendly guide Pedro, is unbeatable and spectaluar. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hostal Peregrino Consulado is a very beautifully decorated family run Hostel situated in a large colonial style house with high ceilings giving a regal ambience to the place. I was automatically upgraded to the best room for free on arrival. The rooms are very clean, have comfy beds, air conditioning, fridge, mini bar, T.V, fans and private bathroom and balcony. A great continental breakfast with coffee, Tea, fresh fruit juice, plate of fruits, eggs, warm bread buns and jam costs only a few euros. The perfect start to your day. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The services they offered are second to none for us card carrying tourists. A real godsend with all the best excursions offered throughout Cuba at very reasonable prices. Hostal Peregrino Consulado is situated in the centre of Havanas old Town with all its bars and restaurants, Museo de Revolution and many other tourist attractions in Havana close by. Hostal Peregrino Consulado is really good value for money, so much so that I've extended my stay and will certainly return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED VIVA LA REVOLUCIÓN

El lugar es muy bonito y la gente que presta el servicio es muy amable, la habitación cumple; el pero aquí, un día no había luz y otro no había agua, y el único desayuno que me reventé tenía la fruta en no muy buenas condiciones, aún así es un lugar recomendable sí lo que se busca es solo un lugar donde dormir.

This is one of those rare reviews you give if you really leave bitter. They give a safety storage box that was opened on our first night. We were missing a few things. They said they had CCTV after we left but there was nothing done to make the situatuon better. This is still pending. On top of this on our last evening, our air conditioning stopped working. The first thing the owner said was why didnt we tell her earlier. Her response should have been what can they do to fix it or make our stay more comfortable. No AC in Havana is impossible to sleep in.
