Excelente localizaçao, habitaçao confortavel perto de todos pontos de interesse de Havana Vieja. Equipe acolhedora bucando auxiliar em todas as questoes. Apesar do contraste que existe em Havana reproduz muito de Havana do passado e atual. Tem gerador de energia que atenua o desconforto dos apagoes

O hotel tem uma localização central (considerando Havana velha) e as pessoas são todas muito amáveis e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço era bastante bom, apesar de não ser muito variado ao longo dos dias. Apesar da limpeza irrepreensível do quarto, é importante referir que numa das noites encontramos 3 baratas, provavelmente fruto do amontoar de lixo que se verifica nas ruas próximas do hotel.

Bem localizado, com fácil acesso a pé à praça central. Super limpo e confortável. A Thai foi super simpática ao nos receber com um suco gelado de goiaba e sempre solicita em qualquer pedido que tivéssemos. O café da manhã é muito bom, com frutas e um omelete delicioso.

ชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสถานที่ ห้องพัก พนักงานต้อนรับอบอุ่นมากๆ นอนห้แงหัวมุม แต่มีข้อเสียคือเสียงรอบข้างดังมากๆ จนนอนไม่ได้ วันหลังเลยใช้ที่ปิดหู ค่อยๆจะปรับตัวได้บ้าง แต่เข้าใจวัฒนธรรม และอยู่ตรงที่ชุมชนพอดี เลย มีเสียงคนและคนขายตลอดเวลาแม้ยามดึก แต่ก็โอเค ค่อยปรับตัวไปในแต่ละวันได้

Estadia excelente. A equipe do hotel, em especial Tai e Lázaro foram incríveis e nos ajudaram com tudo que precisamos, desde o câmbio até dicas da região. O quarto era incrivel, muito grande, confortável e limpo. Tivemos problemas com o barulho da rua, nada que estivesse no controle do hotel, mas que é bom se atentar. O café da manhã era delicioso. A comunicação antes da chegada foi excelente.

My stay could not have been better. The property is beautiful, room was impeccably clean and comfortable, service was top tier with a doorman 24 hours a day. A full, delicious breakfast is served on the deck each morning. The staff were all extraordinarily kind, helpful, and made my stay so enjoyable. Located in a very safe area; I never felt unsafe walking alone in Havana. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Havana!

The communication before arrival was very good, I received good advice and they organised a taxi pick at the airport - taxi ride was about 35mns for 35USD/ Euro. I arrived at night and everything looked very "ghetto-ish" the streets were dirty, collapsed buildings ... but the hotel door already looked reassuring and as soon as you step into the hotel - Wow! It's absolutely stunning. The very high ceilings, the dark wood, the quality of the furnishings (modern but authentic at the same time) and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a must. If you are very hungry, you will need to eat again afterwards but for most people it's enough and healthy too. Some fresh fruits, eggs (as you want them omelet, fried, scrambled etc...), a couple of toasts, freshly made juice, coffee or tea and a couple of very tasty - but very tiny (the size of a potato crip lol) - pancakes. The staff is super friendly, the only few issues I found is that although I was told that I could change money at the hotel, it wasn't possible. I also needed to have something printed, and there is no "office" onsite. I was also informed that I could get a SIM card nearby however when I asked where I should go, I was told there was nothing and I should have gotten one at the airport. Anyway, this didn’t spoil the stay and I would definitely go back. Location is perfect as 6mns walk to Placa Vieja, right by the port, plenty of sightseeing to be done.
