Still love this place. A bit disappointing that the fitness area was closed and that we couldn’t see that in advance. It’s my third time staying at the hotel. Maybe we’ll see you again next year.

Hadde et fantastisk opphold i en uke på Napa Plaza. Veldig god mat på hotellet. Her bor du i hjertet av Ayia Napa med nærliggende tilgang til alt av gode resturanter og tilbud. Hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte. Flott basseng anlegg og masse gode tilbud på hotellet. Selv om du bor i hjertet av Ayia Napa så oppleves hotellet som stille og rolig. Eneste negative jeg kan si om hotellet er at om du ikke er oppe innen klokken 07:00 så har du ikke en sjanse til å få tilgang til solseng. Her okkuperes dessverre solsenger over en lav sko.

We stayed for 2 weeks in junior suite no 1. The suite had an small balcony facing the street. If you're sensitive to noise this is not the room for you. The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place. The suite i spacious and do have a lot's of storage. The bathroom had both an shower and an jacuzzi. An small group in an sitting area. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. Towels was changed every day. We were enjoying the hotels all inclusive program and what an bargain! Three times per week we were able to book each of the restaurants attached to the hotel. We we're then served the most beautiful and tasty drinks and wine's. All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good! The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines. The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu. Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet. High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge. All blended by professional bartenders and beautiful served with fruits, flowers and so on. Service with cold an refreshing towels by the pool. You can also order drinks, food, snacks and so on from the waiter's serving around the pool. All of the staff are really polite, serviceminded people.

Place is immaculately clean. Bar staff are really good. Food is exceptional. But make sure you go all inclusive, as tge food and drink is a bit on the pricey side. You also get the use of one of 3 a la carte restaurants. I would advise pepper

I recently stayed at Napa Plaza Hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening. As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning!

hotel estremamente valido , posizione strategica e colazione superba! veramente tra le migliori che ho trovato in hotel di questo livello. la moquette nei corridoi unica nota stonata , da un senso di sporco e un po' datato. la differenza comunque la fa la general manager Maria, una ragazza eccezionale , sempre presente premurosa e con un sorriso perennemente acceso .. il personale in una struttura fa la differenza e Maria ne è l esempio !!

Property offered excellent value for money. Staff was extremely attentive and polite, especially the team taking care of housekeeping, the restaurant and the reception. I would highlight the pool facilities and the lounge as the best amenities. Unfortunately the surrounding area of the hotel is very loud and generic. The area around Aiya Napa is much quieter, which would suit this property better.
