The Chef de Cuisine (Libor K.) at the hotel restaurant “Zem” is outstanding and offers creative and healthy cuisine for hotel patrons. Loved the food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent experience at the Hyatt hotel—very luxurious setting and ambiance.

An Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, with staff who were genuinely warm, professional, and eager to help. You immediately feel that guest experience is their top priority. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt luxurious, the linens were crisp, and the attention to detail—from lighting to amenities—was outstanding. Everything worked perfectly, and housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standard throughout the stay. The facilities are top-tier. Whether it’s the pool, gym, spa, or common areas, everything is well-maintained, elegant, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. Dining was another highlight. O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso. A cama perfeita, localização também. Adorei o shampoo e condicionador da Byredo. Todo dia já tinha uma máquina de café a disposição dos hóspedes e toda a equipe sempre pronta pra ajudar. Nao posso esquecer de dizer que esqueci dois óculos no quarto e eles prontamente perguntarem pra onde poderiam enviar. Enfim, hotel que sempre lembrarei pois os dias que fiquei lá fui muito feliz!!

Excellent service from staff, room was clean and lovely. Great amenities. Restaurant was well stocked for breakfast and service was prompt. The only negative was that our room facing the street got quite noisy from outside starting about 5:00 in the morning. Bring earplugs if you sleep light.

This is a genuine 5 star hotel. If you want luxury, safety, convenient location within walking distance to everything that is interesting in Prague, this is the hotel you want to (and must) stay.

The hotel is lovely. Very quirky but super efficient with their use of space in a small room. Breakfast was very good and bathroom products are high end, Byredo. The only complaint is that there was a pretty foul smell on our floor for the majority of our stay. They used an air freshener to mitigate it but it didn’t mask it well. Also, while very clean, the sauna and steam room was not working well. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.
