We had a problem with our card and we had to cancel our reservation without telling them. So when we arrived it was already late at night and we were out of accommodation. But the receptionist saved us and gave us the room. God bless him!.

Overall, it's a really comfortable hotel. If my luck brings me back to Karlsbad, I'll stay here again. This hotel is objectively graded as typical, as it offers good value for the money, etc. But it's not extraordinary. But subjectively, I rate it high, which is thanks to the hotel staff. All my interactions with the hotel employees were really pleasant from check-in to check-out, ok, there weren't many interactions because I was out for most of the morning and evening, but I immediately felt welcomed and really liked staying in such a small, family-style hotel, even while traveling alone. I felt that they care about each guest individually and truly want to make sure guests have a good time. The location is also excellent, of course, I didn't want to stay at any of the main street hotels, so I chose to stay here, which was on a steep street away from the main road. The breakfast is also tasty.

Excellent location for knife visitors for a good price during this busy weekend, close to pump i. E. ticket office. Breakfast is excellent, room is clean and the staff is very nice. We only spent a few hours each day watching too many movies but it was a nice stay.

An apartment building that was rebuilt into a cozy hotel was quite tiny. Although there is no 24-hour reception, they can leave keys for you in the locker box outside the hotel, allowing you to arrive late. The hotel staff speaks excellent English and is really pleasant. The hotel provides spacious bathrooms and rooms with plenty of outlets for charging your devices. Breakfast consists of ham plates, cheese plates, yogurts, flakes, pastries, etc. Typical prepared fare. Try a round pastry made of poppy seeds or cottage cheese cola. They are fantastic local delicacies. The closest well, a geyser well, is only 180 meters from the hotel. Despite being located at the far end of the city, all the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Villa is the closest supermarket, which is just 1. 4 a.m. from the hotel. If you prefer a wider selection, there is Albert, which is located at 1. 7 a.m.

This hotel is a great deal in a pricey area. As others reviews have noted, the hotel is unusually close to the main drag but located on a quiet little street. Our room and bathroom were both small but adequate with good windows and a lovely view of the street. It was not a problem for us to walk up or down half a flight of stairs from the elevator. The entire staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable but I would prefer a more conventional bottomsheet on the bed. The one they use is a stretchy material, almost like fine terrycloth. Also, the hotel only provides one very squashy pillow per person. Yet, great value in a great location.
