This hotel is ideally located near the old town and to the Charles Bridge. The rooms are large and well appointed; the breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very, very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Alice and Romana were absolutely excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We even overslept one morning and missed the breakfast window. However, they allowed us to eat with the staff half an hour later ❤️ They also let us leave our suitcases with them after check-out time which was super helpful as we had an evening flight home. Romana also helped us sort out our airport transfer despite there being nothing in for the hotel… thank you 🙏

The hotel only has 9 rooms but they make good use of the space. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and slept well on the mattress. We didn’t hear noise from outside and only had one night where a neighbor slammed their door at midnight which woke us up; we’re early risers. The breakfast is huge for so few travelers but it’s delicious. So many options to choose from. The staff were helpful as well and arranged the taxi for us when it was needed by 7:15am for the airport departure. They even made sure to tell us to come at 6:45am to get breakfast. It’s in a great location near the bridge so all destinations are walkable or easy to get street car / subway. Would absolutely stay there again.

This hotel is boutique, 9 rooms and a small, but well stocked free breakfast buffet. The staff goes truly out of their way to help you with all travel and sightseeing advice, even recommending against the providers that incentivize them if they feel there is a better and lower cost option. This property is really about location. Two blocks from the Charles Bridge, and 4 blocks from the old town square, we never had to walk more than a half mile for any attraction in Prague! Being right in the action, the street noise could be a little much if you’re not a night owl, but the place is a true gem!

Absolutely spotless hotel, great location, good breakfast. Rooms are quiet, nice and clean. We received a lovely welcome from Alice on arrival. Very polite, friendly and informative. Excellent hotel and highly recommended! 10/10 for Alice and 10/10 for the hotel team!

Lovely small hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Room fairly small but big enough. Good choice at breakfast. Excellent location for exploring the old town and close to the tram and metro.

This is my 5th time staying in Prague and this has been hands down my favorite hotel in the city so far. The location is unbeatable. Right in the middle of where you want to be yet tucked around the corner so you don’t hear much street noise. The rooms have been updated so it feels modern and I have genuinely never had such kind and helpful staff at a hotel. I had a late check-in that went smooth and they even offered to open the breakfast buffet for me early because they knew my flight left early. Would stay here again based on customer service alone.

O maior destaque do hotel é, sem dúvida, a sua localização. Magnífica, para dizer o mínimo. Dos principais pontos da cidade velha (ponte e relógio), fica a pouquíssimos metros. Várias lojas, restaurantes e conveniências no entorno, representando, do ponto de vista turístico, o melhor que há em Praga. Ainda assim, é possível, mesmo nos quartos de frente para a rua, descansar tranquilamente, porque nada (ou muito pouco) se ouve de barulho. A equipe, em especial a recepção, também é de excelência. Educada, prestativa, atenciosa e sempre preocupada em melhorar e facilitar a estadia. É um hotel pequeno e charmoso, razão pela qual o café, até pela estrutura do restaurante, acompanha a proposta do estabelecimento, sendo modesto na quantidade/tamanho de opções, porém, farto em qualidade. Quarto amplo e confortável, roupa de cama e colchão impecáveis, sempre limpos e arrumados diariamente. Banheiro funcional e com amenidades adequadas. Banheira e chuveiro agregados, o que é importante para se ganhar tempo para rapidamente aprontar-se e sair para a cidade (apesar de o fluxo de água permitir encher a banheira com relativa rapidez). Definitivamente umas das melhores (se não a melhor) estadias que o aplicativo pode oferecer na cidade. Praga é apaixonante, e o hotel Clementin provoca o mesmo sentimento! Recomendo!

What an absolute joy it was to stay here. Breakfast was delicious and many options, both warm and cold. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a little back street, so away from the crowds but right in the middle of the old town. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it here and will definitely be back
