Superfint hotell! Verkligen hjälpsam personal som tog hand om väskor när vi kom, alltid redo att öppna dörrar för barnvagnen/bära barnvagnen upp och ner för trappor. Inga problem att checka in/ut, få information när det behövdes, gick oxå bra att lämna kvar väskor efter utcheckning i väntan på taxi till flyget. Frukosten var sådär i svenska mått mätt men den var vad man kan förvänta sig när man reser utomlands. Vi blev nöjda och åt senare brunch i staden. Jättefint stort rum! Vi bad om fin utsikt om möjlighet fanns och hamnade på sjätte våningen med utsikt över hela staden. Underbart!

중앙역에서 무거운 짐 끌고 와서 5분 내로 도착하는 위치가 최고 강점. 중앙역 근처에 있는 국립오페라 극장에 볼일이 있어 간 거라 우리 일행에겐 정말 최고의 위치였다. 100년 역사를 지닌 프라하에서 가장 오래된 호텔 중 하나라고 하는데 아르누보 스타일 건물과 로비, 식당이 멋짐. 딱 서울 명동 웨스틴 조선 같은 느낌임. 호텔 입구와 엘리베이터 올라갈 때 계단이 있는데 짐 들어주시는 아저씨가 기다렸다가 다 들어주심. 진짜 친절하심. 직원분들도 늘 웃으면서 응대해주시고 영어도 진짜 잘하심. 체코어로 '도브리덴' 인사하면 엄청 좋아하면서 더 잘해주심. 조식 메뉴는 타호텔보다 단순한 편인데 그래도 있을 건 다 있음. 커피 머신이 없는 대신 여자직원이 직접 와서 커피를 따라줌. 리필 요청 할 것도 없이 돌아다니면서 계속 체크하고 리필 필요한지 물어봄. 달걀 베이컨 소세지 다 맛있고 특히 소세지랑 오이 같이 먹으면 정말 맛있었음. 방은 작지도 좁지도 않은데 가구가 다소 낡았지만 사용하는데 전혀 지장이 없고 방도 깨끗함. 욕실은 리모델링해서 넓고 깨끗함. 에어컨도 빵빵하게 나오고 사실 더 바랄 게 없음. 국립오페라, 국립박물관까지 걸어서 5분이면 가고 바로 그 앞이 바츨라프 광장이고 그 앞에 맥도날드에서 아이스커피 팔아서 더울 때 가면 좋음. 바츨라프 동상 앞으로 뻗은 대로 따라 쭉 내려가면 상점 많은 번화가라서 쇼핑하기도 좋음 프라하 구 시가는 캐리어 끌고 다니기 좋은 길이 아니라 택시타고 다닐 거 아니면 사실상 최고의 위치라 프라하 다시 가도 아마 여기 갈 것 같음

Utmärkt hotell, historisk flair med utmärkt personal, god frukost och stort rymligt rum. Visserligen lite gammaldags, men med stor charm. Jag kommer bo där igen, också för att det bara ligger 3 minuters gångväg från Prags centralstation - och även har ett härligt cafe.

We visited Prague for a week of Operas, 2 at the National Theater, two at the Estate Theater, and one a the Prague State theater. The Prague Espalnade Hotel is less than 500 feet from the National Theater (stupendous Dialogue of the Carmeltes, and Aida), about 3,000 feet from the Estate Theater (great Marriage of Figaro, and Don Giovani premiered at the theater on 1787), and 1.2 miles from the Prague State Theater (mesmerizing Jenufa), all within walking distance from the Espalnade. During the day, the Espalanade is at the heart of Prague for great walking of site seeing, museums, the Old City, the Moldau river (known in Czech as the Vltava, memorialized by Smetana's Ma Vlast), dining, shopping, and just sipping coffee in one of the numerous sidewalk cafe's watching the world pass by. The Prague Central Train station is a stone throw away, as well and easily accessible transportation for those prefering other modes than walking. To start the day, the Espalnade has a wonderful buffet breakfast with Czech specialties on top of the usual fare of American style breakfast goodies. The rooms are early 1900s classics with modern bath rooms.The last and the best of the Espalnade is the STAFF. One could not ask for a friendlier and more accommodating staff than the Esplanade's. If you enjoy operas, classical music, grand old European cities with all that they have to offer, Prague is your destination & the Espalnade is your hotel for commensurate luxurious, intimate, and friendy stay.

This hotel is outstanding, the staff are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is old world charm. The breakfast is everything you need to start the day but the room feels like fine dining and the staff are amazing there. Short walk to the city centre and all the sites. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is a real gem. It has significant history in time and place and with significant patrons over the years. The staff was exceptional at the reception, the door and the bar/restaurant. The location was perfect, close to everything, including the main railway station, the National Museum and the State Opera. Could walk to most famous sites. The breakfast was exceptional, plentiful, with many choice on the menu. When I go back to Prague I will surely stay in the Esplanade.

Die Unterkunft hat uns als 4 köpfige Familie sehr gut gefallen. Geeignetes Zimmer mit 2 Teenagern, super WLAN, sehr sauber - tolle zentrale Lage! Wir haben alles zu Fuß von Hotel aus erkundet, Hotel fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. Perfekt! Schönes & gepflegtes Ambiente und keine Hotelketten-Monotonie! Frühstück sehr in Ordnung!

朝10時過ぎに着いたので、まだチェックインができる時間ではありませんでしたが、閑散期で部屋が空いていたせいか、無料で早くにチェックインすることができ、日本から来た私たちはとても疲れていたので助かりました。エアポートエクスプレスが移動するのに楽です。プラハ中央駅に停まるので、降りた場所からエレベーターで地下2階に行き外に出たところ、すぐホテル前の通りで、歩いて2分程度でホテルに着き、大変便利でした。駅にはスーパーがあるので、買いものもとても便利でした。朝食もとても素敵なお部屋で美味しくいただきました。エアポートエクスプレスの時間については、閑散期にはHPで確認した時刻表よりも本数が少なかったようなので、早朝の出発の人は気をつけたほうがいいです。バス停まで確認に行きました。また、部屋にポットは付いていないのですが、お願いした、紅茶なども合わせて持ってきてくださいました。困った事は、Cプラグを持参したのですが、ピンの形状自体は合っていたのですが、2本のピンの差込口の部屋側の本体の方から突き出たピンが1本あり、私のCプラグはコンセントの持ち手が突き出したピンに当たり使えませんでした。もう1人の友人も使えず、更に別の友人が持っていたのが、ギリギリ突き出たピンを回避できる細身の形状だったので何とかなりました。プラハでおすすめしたいホテルです。
