A very well run hotel, very clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast offered a good range of items and staff kept everything topped-up. It is near to transport links but some of the main tourist areas can also be walked to. There is a well stocked bar for an evening drink. We ate dinner at the hotel once and the service and food was good.

Hermitage Hotel Prague was one of those rare hotels where you arrive with high expectations and leave wondering whether you should simply move in permanently. The room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The beds were so good that getting up in the morning became our greatest challenge in Prague, considerably harder than climbing the hill to Prague Castle. Everything felt modern, calm and well maintained, without losing the character of the building. The staff were genuinely excellent: friendly, professional and helpful without ever feeling forced or overly formal. Every interaction was easy, warm and efficient. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is also superb. It is peaceful enough to get a proper night’s sleep, yet close enough to the centre that Prague’s sights, restaurants and public transport are easily accessible. It was an excellent base for exploring the city as a family. Breakfast deserves a special mention. There was plenty of choice, the quality was consistently high, and even a selective child could find something to eat, which, as all parents know, is practically the hospitality equivalent of winning a Nobel Prize. The hotel restaurant was another very pleasant surprise. Hotel restaurants can sometimes feel like a convenient last resort, but this one was genuinely excellent. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and far better than we had expected, good enough that we were happy to eat there more…

Great hotel in a quiet part of Prague only about 20 minute walk along the river from the main touristy places like Charles bridge or Astronomical clock. And Vyšehrad is about 5 minutes up the stairs. Well maintained, clean rooms, comfortable bed and helpful staff. The bartenders made perfect negronis as well. Made our stay in Prague very enjoyable.

The reception and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet location and the rooms were modern and clean. Despite our room being next to the elevator bank, we never heard them. The breakfast was a great value, delicious, and included in the room cost. We had dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was really good. The hotel was a 15-18 minute tram ride to the Old Town via a couple of different starting locations 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel. The river is 5 minutes away and one could walk 35 minutes to the Old Town along the river. Nearby there were some decent restaurants, and a good ice cream spot near the river. About 8 minutes walk from the hotel was a botanical gardens that were interesting and peaceful.

Kahvaltı çok çeşitli. Birçok otelden bu konuda olumlu ayrışıyorlar. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever. Konumu merkeze 10 dk mesafede.

The Hermitage hotel is the definition of true luxury and hospitality while being comfortable and friendly. It is the true definition for everything great The cleanliness is unmatched by any other hotel i stayed at. The hotel is completely ecologically sound, from electricity to water preservation. The neighborhood is extremely close to many great restaurants and very easily accessible to public transportation and cabs. The staff is extremely friendly, as if they know you from before. If there was any way to accommodate you, they will , and they did accommodate. Their gym is outstanding with plenty of equipment . I now measure any hotel standards to this hotel. I left with one thought, the desire to come back soon to Prague, just to stay at this hotel.

客房乾淨，唯獨有一面靠近馬路的房間，雖然窗戶裝了雙層但是還是隔不了電車火車，汽車的聲音，比較不怕聲音的房客也是可以的。
