Beautiful historic hotel and in a very central location. The location of this hotel is amazing, just walk out the door and there are lots of things in walking distance. Parking is a pain, though it seems for any of these super centralized hotels parking would be a pain for all of them. The room was large which was wonderful for our family of 4.

По-прежнему все прекрасно, но теперь отель объединили с соседним отелем Ester, рецепшн и завтраки в этом отеле, а не в Heluan. В остальном всё как и раньше. В номере есть телевизор, минибар, чайник и чайный набор, шампунь и гель для душа. Нет кондиционера. Персонал доброжелательный и помогают во всем. В соседние Замковы лазни предоставляют скидку 15 процентов на процедуры.

If you are looking for a modern high tech hotel then this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful well maintained historic building in the heart of a beautiful town then this is your place. The hotel and the room were both clean with an amazing view from the window and the breakfast was fantastic. Hassle free WIFI, friendly staff. Only issues I had were minor, the bed was two matresses pushed together and became a bit of a pain and when coming back late we had to wait around for someone to be at the desk to get our room key but other than that, great hotel, and would stay again and again...

a brief stay for two days whch would have been great to extend. Wonderful location and lots to see and plenty of places to eat and drink to suit all budgets. Beatiful buildings and views with lots of walking areas nearby, with two funicular railways and terrific spa facilities, again to suit all budgets.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Parkmöglichkeiten wurden bei unserer Ankunftim Hotel in der Nähe angeboten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und liebevoll vorbereitet. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl: Rührei, verschiedene Sorten Brot und Brötchen und Kuchen etc.

Das Hotel hat mir gefallen. Das einzige Manko war die Entfernung zum Parkplatz - ich musste ca. 8 Minuten gehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig.

Отель замечательный, очень уютный. В номерах нет всех атрибутов, присущих отелю категории 4 звезды, но персонал готов предоставить все необходимое. Замечательный завтрак, очень вкусные молочные продукты. Тишина, покой ( только если не приедут шумные постояльцы)

We booked an appartment in this hotel for a night's stay for two, and we were very pleased with it. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious and looked exactly as promised. The location could hardly be more central, yet was peaceful in late August. We loved the combination of old-style rennovated rooms (original upholstery and plasters on the walls and the ceiling) with a modern bathroom! Great deal for the money. Unfortunately there is no car access allowed but we used the closest garage at Libušina Str.

Pěkný hotel, pokoje v zámeckém stylu, retro výtah stojí za projížďku :-). Byli jsme i s naší malou dcerou, a na kočárek hotel není rozhodně přizpůsobený, ale poradili jsme si. Bohatá snídaně, velmi ochotná recepční, super lokalita. Jen pozor na parkování, ale to platí pro Karlovy Vary obecně (v popisu hotelu je uvedeno "Příplatkové služby - Parkování v okolí je zpoplatněno částkou 10 CZK za 24 hodin", což rozhodně není pravda, jde o cca 240kč). Navíc i tak je parkoviště daleko, naštěstí v den příjezdu a odjezdu můžete na chvíli zastavit před hotelem (i přes zákaz vjezdu) a vyložit/naložit kufry.

This is a great hotel to stay. It's conveniently located with friendly staff. We had to check out very early (5:30 AM), we were given a breakfast to go. We had no umbrella, they can borrow one for you. The room was spacious and very clean. I will stay there again for sure!
