We recently had the chance to stay at this hotel for the first time because of its convenient location at Veleslavin, close to the prague airport. You can tell the hotel is a little old, but you can see that they have invested in it a lot, especially in the interiors. We were welcomed at the main reception by two lovely ladies, who unfortunately did not ask for names and were checked in quickly. When we were told that we could not make it to breakfast due to our early departure, they immediately provided us with a packed breakfast that we brought in the evening. I must admit that I didn't anticipate much, but what a surprise was a large bag with 3 delicious fresh sandwiches, fruits, and snacks. What a joy! The room itself was lovely, they accommodated our request for a high floor and bright room, and it was surprisingly really modern, nice large to, a balcony, a modern bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, all of which were extremely clean and tidy. I had nothing wrong or negative to say, very unexpected stay, and I will come back again when I visit prague later this year.

The staff was professional and really friendly, especially the gentleman who stayed in the restaurant serving dinner in the evening. The room was new and clean. It is well connected to the public transportation system. The park is very green and nice to stroll around. It is recommended that visitors who are physically challenged have to use a ramp. In the menu card, there are more vegetarian options.

The hotel is maintained in good condition, the personnel can speak English, and everything is in good condition. There is also an air of smoke in the air, there are many balconies, the wifi is also bad, the inside is a bit old, there is no shampoo for women, only a packaging for shower gel for men, and the breakfast that is offered is also of poor quality, but enough for breakfast to fill you up.

In general, I think this hotel is adequate for the cost. It is very clean. The smoking smell in the air can be sensed as there are many balconies. Poor wifi interior a bit dated reminds me that there is no shampoo for women only packaging shower gel for men. Very low quality breakfast that is served but enough to fill you up.

I stayed one night before my flight from prague vaclav airport. The hotel is perfectly located a short walk from Nadrazi Veleslavin where you can take the bus to the airport or the metro to the city centre. Don't be fooled by google maps which says you have to take the tram there it's only a short walk. The room was so large and comfortable, I could have stayed there for a week. Very reasonably priced. Really good breakfast! I'll love the brownies next time I visit prague for a longer time. The hotel krystal is on my list if I stay longer.
