Our room was so large. It's a luxury compare to other hotel rooms in Europe. The staff is friendly. The location is perfect. We were close to the train station and everything is valuable.

I really like that it's close to prague's main train station, just a short walk away! The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. The room was quite clean with a coffee maker and some conveniences. This hotel is situated in a central location, which makes it easily accessible to all tourist attractions. Public transportation is also nearby within a few minutes. The breakfast was excellent and the service was fast. They will even store your luggage if you need to take a quick stroll around the city after check-out. The fact that it was located on a quiet and peaceful major road was the nicest aspect. This place is perfect, I will stay there again when visiting prague.

The bedding was very comfy. The only drawback was that the air conditioner kept slipping on and off once it reached the specified temperature. If you had the window open, it didn't cool it enough, and traffic noise was irritating with it open. With it closed, you didn't hear any noise. My sister and I stayed in Miss Sophie New Town, which was conveniently located and allowed us to stroll to the city center on foot. Staff The staff were extremely helpful. William presented us with a map listing all the best places to visit and I forgot my travel adaptor, so he let us borrow one for free. Reservations at the private spa! You won't regret it. It was fantastic! Breakfast, which we enjoyed outside in the courtyard to eat, was lovely and delicious for a continental spread. We had a twin room, which was clean and nicely furnished with a fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, bath robes, slippers, and lovely-smelling shower products. It was small but cute. The shower was also great. They delivered us delicious biscuits on arrival as well. Wi-Fi is strong. The mattresses were comfy. I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Very good location and walking distance to the old city. Several trams are available for 3 minutes of walking distance. Mai thank you.
