The location was ideal for hiking to the rocks. Beautiful scenery. However, the staff wasn't particularly helpful when we arrived. When we asked about hiking opportunities, the personnel directed us to purchase maps for information while everything else was visible on the boards! Although the hotel is old, it has charms. The bathroom was quite small. The heater didn't operate properly, as you can see in the photo, but it was fine with us. Dinner was poor. Goulash, as described on the menu, was merely fried meat with no bacon, mushrooms, or onions. My husband enjoyed the chicken, and it resembled a freezer. To add flavor, we order a dessert, and yes, the appelstrudel was excellent! One is enough for two! Breakfast was adequate. No buffet was available because we were the only ones staying there, but everything was set on the table, and everything was fine.

The hotel date back to 1933 and has some hints of the historic atmosphere on the ground floor. The room is tidy but quite small, the interior design is very simple. But the location is great, only 90 minutes drive from prague. We didn't spend too much time inside because of the many natural and architectural sightseeing I have all around me. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's worthwhile to book a hotel near Prachov rocks if you don't mind budget rooms. After visiting the prachov rocks, I stayed here for one night. This dog-friendly hotel is located in a lovely little park and provides plenty of outdoor seating to soak up some sunshine. Our double room was definitely London-sized, which meant it was very small and we had a hard time being tall and carrying two large luggage. There are no frills, either. There are no hot drinks or extravagant little toiletries, but shower gel and soap are available. The bathroom floor is normally made from real pebbles. Hot water was also available only during specified hours. It was, however, pretty clean. At night, it was very quiet, and we were able to get a good night's sleep, though the room was a little stuffy and the bedding had seen better days. The restaurant was a sizable and slightly extinct. The food here was rather hit-and-miss. My bohemian dumplings goulash was really good, but I had to eat the local shop's salad of chopped vegetables with white cheese. The breakfast buffet was also basic, with bread, cheese, meats, yogurts, and other staples, but their coffee maker was quite advanced. In the restaurant and in reception, the employees here were excellent.

We stayed for one night in a double room and one single room. The room was spacious enough and very nice. There were beautiful lawns and trees perched in the window. Everything in the bathroom was modern and functional. In the room, there was no bar fridge. At the front desk, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The breakfast was excellent with a varied menu of both hot and cold options including great bread and cakes, meat, cheese, veggies, cereals, and fruit. The night meal at the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast buffet, which offered both hot and cold options with excellent bread and cakes, meat, cheeses, vegetables, cereals, and fruit. A coffee maker served a good selection of coffees. This is a very lovely hotel in charming surroundings, where you can enjoy your stay and enjoy incredibly delicious meals.
