A fantastic stay at Pytloun Hotel. Very comfortable room, well appointed, and even a teddy bear. Breakfast included a wide selection of all the usual favourites served in a nice restaurant. Friendly staff.

We had a nice stay in the Pyloun City Boutique Hotel. Check-in was automatic via a tablet on the 5th floor as we arrived late. We had to pay an additional 2000 CZK as a deposit for the mini bar and possible damage in the room. Our room was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately there were no elevator for the additional floor so we had to carry our suitcase for some stairs. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom construction was a bit unusual as there were a lot of mirrors and the wall had a window through which one could look into the room or the other way around. A roller blind was available for a bit more privacy. The staff was friendly and understood English well. The breakfast room on the 5th floor was also the reception and had enough diversity food wise. We enjoyed our stay :)

Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying.

Service was superb. We had one person who had difficulties to go up to the reception because of the fear of heights and the reception was in the 5th floor (and there was only elevators with glass walls), so they tried to change our reservation to an another hotel, but it was full. Finally we managed to get up to the room and it was perfect. Nice room with balcony and five-star breakfast with sparkling wine was a cherry on top of the cake.

The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Personal were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was just ok. Only one cons… they need upgrade the towels… very poor quality and old but clean. I would come back.

Nach unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass wir ein "falsches" Zimmer zugewiessen bekamen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten hat sich dann die Hotelmanagerin sehr nett für uns eingesetzt und uns ein anderes, sogar höherwertiges Zimmer mit Terasse zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach einer Verletzung beim Ski-Fahren waren die Angestellten und die M;anagerin sehr zuvorkommend, hilfbereit und am Gesundheitszustand interessiert. Ich kann aus dieser Sicht das Hotel nur empfehlen.

I often come to Liberec for work, and I always try to stay in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I like the breakfast spread, which can be eaten out on the patio weather allowing. The location is optimal for transportation in and beyond Liberec, and it is near some good restaurants and the shopping mall. Not all hotels in Czech Republic have air-conditioning, but this hotel does and I greatly appreciated it during the July heat. I left some things by accident in my room, and the manager kindly arranged for them to be kept safely for me until I could pick them up. I'll be back!!!

V hotelu se ubytováváme již několik let, jsme zde velice spokojeni. Líbí se nám poloha hotelu, čistota, možnost parkování. Hotel má velice milý personál. Pokoj nám byl denně uklizen. Měli jsme terasu. Možná bychom uvítali trochu větší výběr na snídani co se týká sladkého pečiva, ale i tak jsme se ráno vydatně nasnídali. Určitě se zase vrátíme ...
