The service was quick and polite, the food was delicious, there was room service in a moment, and the bed was luxurious. The bell service is also fast and they handle your bags with care. Balil from bell services surprised us with his ability to pack our car with far more luggage than it should have fit, of course with grins!.

The bed was very soft and comfortable. Luckily we were upgraded to a suite which was amazing with separate lounge and dining area. Amazing hotel with friendly staff and great location.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, with excellent service and even better food! The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the city of prague and its surroundings. We will definitely be back in the summer!.

One of my favorite culinary experiences. On our last night in prague, we enjoyed a delicious meal at le grill. The service was exceptional. Our waiter graciously answered any questions we had regarding the menu, and we didnt feel rushed at all. I had the grand mark cake and the salmon, both of which were excellent. You must visit le restaurant if you want to enjoy yourself in secluded surroundings.

The hotel is excellent! Would definitely suggest it! The rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly kind, and the breakfast and dinner both tasted fantastic. We had a great time here! Nothing was too much trouble!.

I highly recommend this place. This place is one of my favorite places in praha city. The location is great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy. And i love the summer garden! 5 stars welldeserved.

The hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want or need. Delicious, varied breakfast with attentive and friendly staff. Dinner at le grill on site is a must! Many thanks to all of the staff, especially bilel! Always helpful!.

What a wonderful experience it has been over the past four nights. We knew it would be fantastic as soon as we checked in. The front desk staff made the checkin process very simple and greeted us with grins. Since we were hungry, we chose to eat here when we came across the hotel restaurant called the grill. It has ten stars and the cuisine is excellent. But what made it even better was the waiter, miroslav, who took care of us that night and several other nights with drinks. Everything he recommended was excellent, and even when i wasnt our server, mr. Mirolov went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure our stay at the motel was wonderful. Everyone welcomed you with open arms, including the breakfast staff, the front counter, concierge, room ladies, or the doorman. This is incredibly important and an unforgettable experience.

The Grand mark was a fantastic place for us to stay. Numerous attractions and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel, which is situated in the heart of praga. The service was excellent as well. Particularly the concierge and valet, bilel, stood out.

My family and i stayed here in the middle of the city in October. We were given one of our suits on the top floor. The suit was quite large and modern, with a balcony overlooking the przechna. Just stepping away from the town center, the hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel design and decor are well thought out.

During my fiveday trip to the grand mark in prague, i recently stayed at the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and inviting, and the rooms ive been in were spacious suites that were spotless and had a comfortable bed and en suite kitchen and living room. Old town can be reached on foot from the location, which is also very close to metro and tram stations, where you can visit almost all attractions. Particularly mr. Bilal, who says he is better than application because hhes so helpful and resourceful and speaks many languages, including arab. He can also assist you in planning your trips and advise you on where to go and how to get there, so make sure to ask about him when you arrive.

The grand mark praha was far better than we had anticipated. A stunning hotel with superior service. With a kitchenette and living room, the suites are roomy, contemporary, and cozy. For those who work outside of home, it was ideal to have tastier dining table and desk in the bedroom. The bed, pillows, comforter, were all of the highest calibers. It was easy to store luggage outside the premises thanks to the walkin closet. After spending the entire day exploring the lovely streets of polka stretch, i had hoped for resumption with soaking tubs and large standup showers as if he had taken rudimentary strolling around the city. Both sides of town are easily accessible by foot from the hotel, which is conveniently situated. Although this restaurant deserves its own review, suffice it to say that it receives ms Michelin rating, this establishment is well worth its selfcatering. Nothing about these meals was exceptional. Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and rich flavors. This is the only dish that was outstanding, nothing about them was delicious. Every dish has been expertfully prepared using fresh components and flavorful ingredients. Grand mark chocolate cake, an exquisitely thick, dark chocolate mousse with black currant sauce, is simply divine.

This hotel is truly stunning! It exudes elegance and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, i would like to express my gratitude to the concierge for their assistance in bringing some books to Vienna, even though ive had to walk on sultry days to ensure they were shipped that same day! We would especially like our appreciation to bilal for his heartwarming welcome and guidance in exploring the city.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The dining room where they serve breakfast was very good in terms of food and service,the hotel location is great, it is very close to everything you need to do or see.

The most amazing hotel. Amazing service, and the valet was incredibly kind and courteous. Throughout our stay, the room was kept up to par. The waiters, concierge, or reception staff were all amazingly kind. Enjoying the lovely garden in the afternoon is undoubtedly a highlight. At the restaurant here, we had the most incredible meal. We will most certainly return.

This place is truly exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. Bilal in particular was exceptional. The breakfast provided was simply the best, and i eagerly anticipated it every morning.

Kami memiliki harapan yang tinggi terhadap hotel ini, sayangnya kesan pertama bukanlah yang terbaik. Kami memesan kamar superior. Sesampainya di sana, sebagai anggota Club of Leaders, saya meminta peningkatan kamar, tetapi tidak dikabulkan. Kamar yang kami dapatkan berada di lantai tiga dengan pemandangan halaman dalam yang gelap (bukan taman). Keuntungannya adalah suasananya benar-benar sepi, tetapi pada saat yang sama, semua ruangan, terutama yang berada di lantai bawah, sangat gelap. Pada malam hari, atrium ini diterangi dengan cahaya biru yang tidak menyenangkan. Jika gordennya tidak pas, seperti yang terjadi pada kasus kami, gorden tersebut akan menyinari dan mengganggu tidur Anda.
