Nous avons passé 10 jours agréables au Protea. -L’accueil, le personnel et les services étaient exceptionnels. -La femme de chambre était charmante et respectueuse de notre vie privée, -les personnel de l’accueil du restaurant était très chaleureux. - J’ai apprécié la réception, mais les informations n’étaient pas toujours claires, notamment en ce qui concerne les règles des visiteurs et leurs pièces d’identité, Nous avons eu un petit moment désagréable à ce sujet, car la règle n’avait pas été rappelée lors de notre arrivée et la gérante nous a fait passer ce moment désagréable. Une règle qui s’applique selon les membres du personnel de la réception devrait être appliquée à tous et par tous -Le reste de notre séjour était super. -Cependant, la piscine n’était pas du tout intéressante car tout le monde vous voit et personne n’y va. Il n’y a pas d’intimité et elle n’est pas chauffée. Mon mari est allé se baigner dans la journée, mais n’a pas apprécié le fait que tout le monde ait les yeux rivés sur lui ! Je n’ai pas aimé m’exhiber devant les gens qui venaient prendre des photos ou juste pour un verre. -De plus, je trouve que les prix sont à revoir, car ils ne sont pas justifiés, même compte tenu de l’emplacement. Un Red Bull à 10 $, quelle idée ? -Dans l’ensemble, tout s’est bien passé, mais il sera difficile de revenir à cause de la piscine. -Suggestion : La gérante devrait être plus agréable et accorder plus de temps et des sourires aux clients plutôt que de les embêter.

Great place to stay. A little less private for the rooms but definitely enjoyable. Servers were great, Rebecca, Sionna, Francine and Co were so amazing at their job, with beautiful smiles. Front desk personnel were impeccable and impressive! Security personnel very professional with attention to details. The only problem is prices of foods and beverages including water. Not every customer works in the mining industry or in the Congolese government ( getting and wasting free money). However, I would definitely go back!

The hotel is very modern. It’s also peaceful and quiet. The staff are really helpful and very nice. The room décor is simple but still feels luxurious. The food menu for room service is affordable, and the breakfast is nice as well. I really recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again.

We left our key at reception at around 8am, asking for our room to be cleaned before our return at around 2pm. When we returned, the room was in the same state as it had been in the morning; no cleaning had been done. We had to reach out the reception several times before the room was cleaned. This is quite surprising for a hotel of this standard, where guests pay for the service. However, it is a hotel where cleanliness is impeccable.
