I think the best way to describe the quality of this hotel: At 4am, getting ready to leave for the airport, there were fresh pastries and coffee waiting for us.

L’hôtel est récent et très agréable. Le Plus impressionnant est la taille de la fenêtre de la chambre, peut-être 3 mètres de haut, avec une vue incroyable sur la ville (nous étions au 7e étage). Le lit est très grand et très confortable. Café disponible dans la chambre. Salle de bain très propre. Mais je n’ai pas aimé les toilettes dans la salle de bain.

Well-located for both business in the city and tourism by foot; it's two short blocks from the Metro from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff at the front-desk and breakfast restaurant. Great view of the city from the seventh floor in a superior room. Bathroom and shower were large and easy to use with lots of counter space. Good selection in the breakfast restaurant. A solid 4-star property.

Hotel is big but very modern & in a good location…very friendly & helpful staff…high quality rooms with decent space…very much enjoyed our stay… FYI - the free drink coupons given out for skipping room service are effectively worthless given the limited drink choices z& quality drink options…maybe try something more useful like just one drink of choice rather than two limited selection coupons if really looking to reward this guest behavior…

We loved the river view from our room. Found it to be a perfect location, easily walkable to Nyhavn. We liked getting a free glass of wine when we skipped housekeeping. It never took more than a minute for an Uber to arrive at the front door.

Location was brilliant, easy to use the train straight from the airport, then walk, 250m to the hotel. But a 2-4 day pass that included the airport, can be used on all public transport, very easy and cheaper than Uber or taxi. Walkable to most of the major sites but also so close to use the metro if you don’t feel like walking and a water bus right outside the hotel as well. Hotel is amazing, great staff, services , highly recommend.

Great central hotel within close proximity to many visitor attractions. Copenhagen as a city is extremely walkable. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were greeted with an iced bottle of bubbles, a fruit plate and special handmade chocolates upon our arrival. Breakfast was buffet style and extensive with many hot and cold options for every taste and diet. The roof terrace bar has wonderful views of the city for relaxing with a cocktail and pre-dinner snack or small plate. We dined in the à la carte restaurant NU&DA which is accessed from the canal side of the hotel - service, attention to detail and the food experience was exceptional.

Sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer mit Sicht über die Stadt und das Wasser im 7. Stock. Die Roofbar suf dem Dach ist der Hit. Sehr leckere Drinks, gute Snacks und sehr freundliches Personal. Es empfiehlt sich eine Reservation zu machen.

Beautiful modern hotel in a fantastic location. Large rooms, modern decor and so nicely decorated in soothing colors. Staff is attentive and quick to solve any questions. Great concierge desk. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve seen in travels. Management solved a small issue with our bed immediately. We were so impressed with their quick response. Copenhagen is a great city with so much to see.

The NH Collection is in a great, central location. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The rooms are top notch. I'll definitely stay here again.
