The heating system was a bit inadequate. The weather was cold, and I couldn’t warm up the room as much as I wanted. Also, there was no daily housekeeping or trash collection service. Other than that, the location was very good. It was a small but practical room.

This is such a fun property - within just a few blocks of several popular sites in historic Copenhagen. The room was small but very efficiently met all of our needs. There are nice t.v. and lounge rooms to socialize in on the main level and a nice garden area outside of the breakfast room. There is a small charge for breakfast in the morning - get a ticket at the front desk. Highly recommend this lodging - great to be in the middle of so many restaurants and museums!

Very reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff, and central location made this a great choice. Nyhavn is a 10 min walk. In fact about a dozen (or more) attractions are within 20min of the hotel. Also there is a metro station 6min away that could get you to further locations including the airport!! I have been to other WakeUp hotels and I was always very pleased with them!

The floor wasn’t that clean, and it would be really helpful if they can replace the soap dishes in the shower room with an actual dish that can hold small vanity items. Every thing else is quite pleasant, room is nice and big and I love the big window that opens for a refresher of air

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was also good. Having the option to leave luggages post check out (though at an extra charge) made it possible for us to explore the area more.

We stayed here over the May bank holiday and it was a really amazing price considering the time of year and being in the centre of the city. Compact room but it was a bed for the night, comfortable and clean. The air con was also good in the hot weather. In the shower was a combined body wash and shampoo so bring your own conditioner etc. Our room was in the 4000’s and was far from the lift, which we didn’t mind but bear in mind if you struggle with mobility. Easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend due to price and location.
