I had a wonderful stay at Bakour Punta Cana Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities were exactly as expected—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to the amazing team who made my experience even better: Canela from the entertainment team for keeping guests engaged and creating a fun atmosphere, and Jonathan, George, Stebinsong, Jazmin, and Michael Mercedes for their exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bakour Punta Cana Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. I look forward to coming back!

Our stay at Bakour Punta Cana Suites was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, but what truly sets this property apart is the incredible staff. The wait staff throughout the resort were attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. Every meal felt special because they always greeted us with smiles, remembered our preferences, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression on our family. A very special thank you goes to Kimberly, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests are exactly what hospitality should be. Kimberly consistently made us feel important and appreciated, and she always took the time to ensure everything was perfect. She is truly an asset to Bakour Punta Cana Suites. One of the highlights of our trip was celebrating my son's 21st birthday. The restaurant staff made him feel like royalty. They brought out a beautiful cake, sang in a fun and festive Dominican style, joked with him, helped cut the cake, and created such a joyful atmosphere. It wasn't just a birthday celebration—it became a memory our family will cherish forever. Their kindness and enthusiasm made the evening incredibly special.The entire team's attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction made this 👍

had an amazing stay at this all exclusive hotel. Everything was great from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. One of the highlights was the food. The hotel provided three meals a day, and each meal was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options. It made my stay very convenient and enjoyable. I also loved the jacuzzi, which was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, great food, and wonderful amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

Nuestra estadía en la habitación 301E fue buena en general. Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad del lugar, la cena, la atención de los bartenders y especialmente el trabajo de las chicas animadoras, quienes siempre estuvieron pendientes de que los huéspedes se divirtieran y pasaran un buen momento. También queremos destacar a Alberto, un excelente bartender, muy amable y atento. Como sugerencia de mejora, creemos que deberían reforzar un poco más la capacitación y supervisión en el área de limpieza. En la cocina de la habitación encontramos varias hormigas, lo reportamos en recepción y nos indicaron que enviarían a alguien, pero finalmente nadie acudió. Además, en la habitación principal encontramos una prenda íntima femenina con arena, lo que nos dio la impresión de que la limpieza no había sido revisada a profundidad. Otro punto a mejorar sería la forma en que se ofrecen los tours, ya que la persona encargada fue bastante insistente, incluso después de haberle indicado varias veces que no estábamos interesados. Fuera de esos detalles, la experiencia fue agradable y hay aspectos muy positivos que vale la pena resaltar

I love traveling as a young adult and it was the most peaceful trip ever, it was not ghetto or crazy. Good place to relax and enjoy the beautiful place. It’s so nice inside the resort 3 pools and private beach. The food/bar was amazing I loved it so much, the staff is so lovely I miss them so much I can’t wait to go back. It’s definitely a 110/100 I would recommend.The people who stay there are also so nice

Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again.

Was great experience, location is safe, we love this hotel, rooms are very clean, great service, food excellent, delicious. All staff are nice and friendly, (Danny in front desk is so kind, and Yenci the waiter so friendly) the place is great all in general, great price. We feel so peaceful and relaxed.
