Tuve una experiencia espectacular en este hotel. Desde que llegamos, el servicio fue excelente y realmente hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran memorables. Quiero destacar especialmente a Rudy por su gran atención, profesionalismo y la manera en que siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con una actitud positiva. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta lo que hace y se preocupa por los huéspedes. También quiero reconocer a Baby Face, el animador de los shows, porque sinceramente llevó la diversión a otro nivel. Su energía, carisma y forma de interactuar con las personas hicieron que cada noche fuera súper entretenida. Gracias a él, los shows fueron de las mejores partes de nuestra estadía. La pasamos increíble y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de buen ambiente, excelente servicio y unas vacaciones inolvidables. ¡5 estrellas bien merecidas!

Tivemos um problema no nosso quarto pois o ralo do box não estava drenando bem... fora isso, a estadia foi incrível e eu não ousaria tirar nem meio ponto por isso... nos deixaram aproveitar as dependências do hotel, incluindo comidas e bebidas desde antes do check-in até depois do check-out, além de que deram um upgrade de quarto pra gente. Minha namorada amou, eu também... funcionários solícitos, comida e bebida muito boas tbm, a piscina maravilhosa... faltou uma sala de jogos, mas no geral foi tudo perfeito, incluindo sol todos os dias e praia sem sargaço... fora o excelente custo benefício. Queremos voltar mais vezes!

Everything was great. All meals were decent. Room was spacious and clean. Free parking onsite is safe and convenient. Property is on the beach with lounge chairs readily available. Would book them again.

Pool was amazing with multiple bars close by. Beach is calm and relaxing with the swim with dolphins tour next door. Front desk staff, Seimy, Luis, and Nayrobie were amazing! Anna from buggy tours was so great too! Mr. Leandro and his restaurant staff were fantastic! I had the most amazing experience at this location. I visited other resorts when going on tour to pick up other groups and did not get the same good vibe as the Bakour Resort. Come here and enjoy this awesome view of Punta Cana.

Due to a flight cancellation, we had to find another hotel. Three couples, they arranged us to have a three bedroom suite with common area and to give us meals. It was only one day, but it absolutely serviced our needs. Walk to the beach, kite surfers were entertaining. Dolphin Explorer is next door. Food was buffet, but fairly fresh and hot. Bar drinks were excellent Only downside is that our remote didn’t work, so struggled to get the olympics. But they sent someone up quickly (couldn’t easily fix). Not the end of the world though Good spot for a reasonable price

We had 2 rooms- the one-bed room was great. The 3 room suite smelled musty. They ended up moving us to a different room and it was much better. The service was great- they try their best to make your stay good. Food and bars were good. The beach does not have a great swimming area but the beach itself is nice. We did not leave the resort or buy any trips although there are plenty of people that want to sell you trips.

The food was delicious and varied. The staff was very attentive. Reception also gave us a free room upgrade, which was great. The only downside was that we couldn't swim at our beach because there were ships moored there.
