I like the great attention and customer services provided by the staff. The facility is awesome! What the did not like was the redundancy and the long time it took to get check in. Also, the salesmen were extremely aggressive trying to sell you the hotel membership. They were so aggressive that on day one and just coming thru the door they approached soliciting. They also called our room number and knocked on the door trying sell stuff that we did not requested. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and the staff is extraordinary and very helpful and very friendly. I’ll most definitely consider Dream Onyx’s for our next vacation

Cómo puedo describir la experiencia… tengo para decir que si está buscando un hotel que cumpla con todo los criterios este sería el ideal. Hay de todo para todo el mundo. La comida en todos los restaurantes y el buffet muy fresca y con un muy buen sabor. El club que tienen para mimos pequeños fue fenomenal la atención de las muchachas con mis hijo fue un 10/10. Que damos completamente complacido… volveremos pronto!!!!

Spacious rooms with fantastic cleaning staff that turned the room spotless each day. HUGE resort with many swimming and dining options. The staff is everywhere to help you and they are happy, welcoming, and very hospitable. You will have to wait most nights for a table for dinner. Meals were plentiful and delicious. Drinks were great and there are bars at every corner to order from. The beach did have a lot of sargassum, but the crews were working to remove it constantly. Other resorts down the beach seemed to be in much worse shape with sargassum piled high. The pools were huge and had swim up bars and entertainment poolside for kids (giant hamster ball in the pool, inflatables, crafts) and adults (aerobic, yoga, music, dancers). The nightly entertainment was unique each night with a magic show, circus show, and cover bands. Our family had a fantastic time.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time at this resort. The water slides and pools are fantastic. The taco truck next to the waterpark was really good, and a great addition to our experience. When we were hungry we just went over and grabbed a few tacos. The staff is Fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful they could not be better. The property is very kid friendly and all the activities and shows are fun for kids. The main buffet in our opinion had the best food and lots of options, it was really good. My mother and I loved the spa, we had wonderful massages and the spa is really beautiful and relaxing with a pool and hot tub, and sauna. We stayed for six days and we wish we had more time! Loved this resort!

Absolutely the best all-inclusive I had been to. The staff were friendly and helpful. Activities were greats and so much to do onsite. We stayed 7 nights with 3 young kids and we stayed busy. Foods were amazing and Bluewater Grills is must try restaurant. As for the buffet, it is outdoor so it extremely hot to eat out. We had booked preferred club so we never had the problem with the heat since the preferred club dining (breakfast and lunch) is indoors and we had direct access to the buffet. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Onyx Punta Cana. The entire property was very clean, well maintained, and beautiful. The staff was consistently kind, friendly, and eager to help, and they really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food offered plenty of variety, the pools were excellent, and there were lots of activities and entertainment for both adults and kids, making it a great choice for families. The resort had a relaxing atmosphere while still offering plenty to do. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely come back. Thank you to the entire Dreams Onyx team for making our vacation so enjoyable!

The resort is beautiful and the people are wonderful! We will be back! My only suggestion is to visit Macao beach because the beach at Dreams Onyx was not great. The pools were fantastic and so was the entertainment!

My partner and I spent 4 nights there and it was wonderful. We opted for the Preferred Club Partial-Ocean Front view (picture attached of the view) that didn’t disappoint Rafael was our personal concierge for the trip and was helpful in setting our reservations, getting our room attended to, and answering any questions we had. The adults only preferred club pool was where we spent most our time, and the swim up bartender Alejandro and waiter Jeancey were very attentive and gave us a great experience. The beach was alright, sargassum was managed well but unavoidable. The buffet at Dreams was mediocre at best, but the buffet on the Adults-Only Breathless side was a much better option for breakfast and lunch. And their beachfront grill was much better than the one at Dreams as well quite frankly. Hibachi at Spice was a fun experience with just good food. The steakhouse and Italian restaurants were the highlights food wise. This was our first all inclusive experience and first time in the Caribbean. We both had a great experience especially for the value and would happily return.

The rooms were great. Highly recommend the preferred rooms if you can swing it. Gets you access to the preferred dining for the buffet, nice rooms, upgraded room amenities, access to the preferred pool (which is really nice!) and more. Anyie, Jensy, and Jefry were the absolute best, but everyone was great! Tipping a couple bucks here and there goes a long way.
