La señora del frente muy buena y amable me sentí en todo tiempo segura el hotel no es moderno ni nada pero está limpio , era más como una pensión familiar ! Me encantó y me volvería a quedar todo el tiempo ! Cerca de todo !

The reception is located across the street from the hotel, which made check-in confusing, and I had to fill out all my info again because they didn’t have a computer. The room looked nothing like the photos — the TV wasn’t mounted, the bathroom had no toilet seat, the shower flooded the floor, and room service was only on request so I ran out of supplies. There were also mosquitos in the room and the mattress was uneven. On the positive side, the room was very quiet at night, but overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Shops and places nearby. There is no spa and I didn't ask for that.

Basic but comfortable accommodation, ideal for short stays. Amenities are simple, but not bad for the price. Good A/C and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Check-in across the street at Hotel Guarocuya. For this room, I suggest adding a lamp to make nighttime use easier, as one light switch controls both the room and bathroom lights. This was the only downside during my stay, and I shared this feedback with them.

Check-in is at the main property, Hotel Guarocuya. I stayed there instead. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful cats around. The toilet paper roll was very small. The bathroom has no drainage or mop, so the floor flooded after showering. A mop would help. The staff is kind, with quick check-in and helpful support for a chair request. Good value for a short stay and a great location.

Make sure you take a video before staying at this property. They had a broken shower. Luckily, I took a video of it. They otried to blame me at checkout tried to charge me for it. Beware plus the rooms were not the same as the pictures.

La habitación había muchos zancudos y cucarachas. Lo están remodelando y ya a las 7 am había mucho ruido. La recepcionista estaba ebria al ingresar al check-in.
