Increidible, verry cleand and the customer servicAbsolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The host was responsive, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The only issues in this hotel is the AC Santo Domingo is a really hot and humidity city for this reason Every single guest doesn’t have the option on regulation there own temperature in the rooms Beside that the hotel has excellent location Roberto front desk amazing customer service Jean Carlo also too Attentive and professional Many options inside the hotel for food and entertainment Is a safe place and convenient Thanks

The staff at this hotel is incredible. The service at the front desk is exceptional. Ashley and Patricia always remember you and welcome you as if you were arriving at their own home. Honestly, I wouldn’t change it for anything. See you again soon!

The hotel is very nice and pretty. Only thing I didnt like is that the inside of the walk in shower wasnt very clean. All around the edge was very dark, brownish. I also saw the cleaning lady doing something quite nasty. She mopped the inside of the walk in shower and continued mopping the rest of the room with that same water. Very disappointed!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and updated. My inky complaint is that they didn’t have enough staff at the front desk. There was always just one person working and a line of guests needing assistance.

The hotel is located close to everything. There was coffee shops, restaurants, and bars at walking distance or 15 min max away. I felt very comfortable at the hotel. Is was super clean. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The restaurant inside the hotel was amazing. My overall stay was amazing. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends.
