Edward greeted us in the lobby. He was our butler for the entire stay. He stayed in touch with us to ensure every need was met. Excellent service. He introduced us to Stephanie, the hostess at Helios restaurant. She was so hospitable and entertaining. Danny greeted us every morning with his BUENOS DIAZ FAMILY! I truly enjoyed my stay and I will return.

Our butler Edward was nothing short of amazing!! He had us dinner reservations made every night, and changed them if we were running late from an excursion. He had us special bottles of champagne and vodka delivered to our room as well. Always checked in with us every morning to make sure we were very well taken care of and if we had any requests!

Fue nuestra tercera visita de vaccines a TRS Turquesa y no creo que deseemos cambiar de hotel ya que nos sentimos allí como en nuestra segunda casa, la atencion de todo el personal incluyendo los mayordomos es excecional, son como una familia, la comida y todos los servicios dentro de la instalacion son magnificos, recomiendo totalmente este hotel a todas las parejas o grupos de adultos que deseen pasar unas vacaciones de relax, es un hotel que reune todas las condiciones para una estancia inolvidable

Our Bulter Noris made everything so easy for us. She made sure we were taken care of from our room to our dinner reservations to calling the bell boy to come get us, sent us the daily activities and daily check ins to make sure we were good. We booked the swim up room which was perfect. Everywhere we had reservations for dinner was delicious. Check in and out was a breeze. TRS is a laid back property so very chill, adult only relax vibe.
