The hotel is located halfway between the airport and Dili itself, and it is close to the beach. About a kilometer from the newtimor plaza and 3 kilometers from an australian ambassador. I didnt try the restaurant. The staff are not used to serving tourists, so i assume the hotel caters mostly to tour groups. Looks like suited for conferences.
