Generous with food and great breakfast! Staff was very helpful and packed breakfast boxes for our early excursions, but you have to contact them on WhatsApp and not through hotels.com! Tv service may not work in the room

Here’s a warm, positive hotel review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Highly recommend this eco-friendly stay on San Cristóbal! The thoughtful sustainable design and low-impact practices, along with excellent fresh water from a local distributor, made our Galápagos trip feel truly responsible and comfortable. Hosts Harry and his wife were incredibly helpful and accommodating, sharing excellent local insights, arranging tours, and going out of their way to make us feel at home with delicious breakfasts each morning.

Harry was extremely helpful with everything. Breakfast was delicious! We felt very safe and comfortable there. The room had AC that helped after a long hot day. Our room had a microwave and a fridge which we did use to heat up left overs. I went with my husband and will be coming back!

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean, the courtyard was all painted with murals and the location was convenient. Our host, Lucrecia, was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful and she provided laundry service. I would highly recommend this place!

Lucrecia and her husband were absolutely the best hosts. Lucrecia gave us recommendations on where to eat, and helped us arrange a tour. She booked us taxis that were waiting for us in the morning and send us off with a nice to go breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. There are no amenities such as pool or jacuzzi which was advertised, but honestly you wont have time to stay in your hotel anyway. Overall, I would recommend Eco Friendly and would stay here again!

The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable, and the grounds are peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a wonderful place to relax. But the true highlight of this hotel is the staff, led by Harry. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness shine through in everything they do, and they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
