The beauty of the swimming pool area was great and the staff was friendly and willing to help to make visitors better.

I really like the service here. The room was so comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. Plus, the location was close to everywhere.

The beds are comfy. The staff went above and beyond to meet every need. My husband suffered a serious illness while there, and they couldn't have been more helpful, especially Denise at the reception pool and hot tub was clean and beautiful. Soda, beer, wine, snacks, toiletries, and uber eats are available for purchase, uber eats are available all the time.

We didn't get a window to the outside in our room and only 4 of them. The hotel grounds are nice with a pool. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and modern with the best shower in ecuador. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Highly suggest this establishment. This place is stunning. You walk through the gate and can tell that youve entered a very powerful private compound. Its more like that than a hotel, which is a good thing. Guayaquil, despite having you never knew it by driving around, is apparently very dangerous, hence, there are armed guards and barbed wire outside all chic businesses. Given those circumstances, it is beneficial to remain in a location that feels secure. There is soccer, tennis, a pool, and ping pong in the backyard area. And, as it is normal, I imagine you can order drinks by the pool, among other things. Our rooms were also fantastic.
