Unbelievable hotel with great South American artwork throughout the entire property. There are courtyards, sitting areas, and beautiful architecture and furnishings. The pool and spa are top shelf. The restaurant has amazing food and great service. This is One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in South America. Check out the view of Chimborazo from my room! No filter added.

Great brand new hotel close to center of the town. Excellent restaurant with great choices. Very helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure that customers are happy.

O Hotel é muito charmoso, a decoração é de bom gosto com obras de arte e esculturas. O quarto é confortável com uma excelente cama king size, direct tv e wi-fi rápida. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas com muito boa qualidade. O staff é atencioso e prestativo. O Spa deverá inaugurar em um mês e será um grande up grade para o Hotel Quindeloma.

I prepaid for two nights though Expedia for my wife and myself. When we got their, they said that we owed an extra $30 per night because the reservation only showes one guest!! This is Riobamba and we're are now paying higher prices to stay here than a 4 star hotel in Quito. The next day we wanted to use the pool and they wanted to charge us $12 per person to use it. The last day of our trip the power was out and we had no water, lights, WiFi or bathroom facilities. They refused to compensate us for this even though we are paying top dollar for this hotel. Overall, the Hotel was nice and clean but I felt it was way overpriced for service and amenities it offers. I believe the staff took advantage of us because we were foreigners and customer satisfaction was last on their mind.
