06/05/15 - 20/05/15 staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially the reception guys; who offered fantastic service even when some guests were rude and abusive towards them. these guys deserve a medal. all the areas of the hotel have been well kept and looked after, the swimming pools are always clean and the gardens are brilliant, lovely evening walks around flowers, statues, water features and of course the magic garden and the beach.

Det eneste dårlige jeg har og sige om dette hotel er at vandet i bruseren var koldt.. De var dog rigtig behjælpelige og tjekkede det og vi kunne nok sagtens også have fået et andet værelse hvis vi spurgte. Hotellet er rigtig godt og dejlig stort, det ligger dog så man skal tage taxa rundt hvis man ikke bare vil hænge ud ved hotellets mange pools eller ved stranden med de SMUKKESTE fisk og koraler. De har dog taxa service på hotellet til 80 Ekyptiske pund tur retur til Nama Bay eller Old Town. Man skal også være klar på en masse opmærksomhed fra sælgere og deres Anaimation Team, så hvis man vil ligge uforstyrret ved poolen og ikke snakke med andre en ens rejsepartner, så skal man ikke vælge dette hotel :-) (Og her vil jeg tilføje at de priser de sælger turene til kan man få billigere inde i Nama Bay eller andre bydele og husk nu at prutte om prisen!!!!!) Men alle medarbejdere er rigtig søde og der er god underholdning hver aften, dog kan personalet godt være lidt omklamrede(pige med lyst hår). Hotellet var fyldt op med Russere og Arabere, ikke lige hvad vi er vant til, men alle var så søde og der var god stemning. Vi havde all inklusive og var rigtig glade for det. Mad 5 gange i døgnet, gratis drikkelse(også sprut) 24/7 og maden var rigtig god, men måske lidt ensformigt til sidst. (Man kan også spise på Dreams Beach gratis til frokost) Egypten er helt sikkert et sted jeg gerne vil tilbage til og vil til hver en tid anbefale dette hotel, hvis man er til store resorts:-

We were invited to stay in hotel 4 by Dreams Vacations because we had previously been at Dream Beach 5. The impression was excellent, and it has improved dramatically after two weeks. All of the crew members are amiable and fluent in 35 different languages. There is a wide variety of vegetables and fruits in the meals, and you can also taste and drink it on the beach, bar, and grill restaurant. There are two warm-water pools in the hotel. The shoreline and reef are stunning! Rocks, terraces, caves, three jetty, and a large number of sunbeds, and lots of fishes. As well, we enjoy bird paradise, it is pleasant to visit with kids and feed birds. The fact that there is a tartar small car that travels from lobby to the elevator to the beach is another plus. There is a terrific nighttime and animated programming at Dreams Vacation. Imagine bellydance, live music, and Egyptian national mandate in a single evening! That sounds like a week-long program, but it was all in one evening. Even the rooms performed well. My dear Dreams Vacation, thank you for a wonderful stay.

The employee named Ira who we leased with was so warm and accommodating and considerate to our every request. We booked the usual room and we were given it with a décor that had been painted a few days before and was immaculate and kept that way by the creepy cleaner. The front desk employee, ira, was so considerate and accommodating. Everyone on the staff took excellent care of us. My husband ensured that we were taken care of in the lobbies during our vacations and on dreams beach. Nothing was too difficult. Lunchtime at the grill house with lamb shams.. We were spoilt and ate some delectable cuisine that washed down with ice cold beer. george watched over us in the main restaurant. In fact, he looked after us hand and foot. Made us an omelet in the morning and lovely coffee. He cared about all of our needs. Before and during our visit, we leased with Ira, the customer relations woman, and she was very friendly and accommodating. As the employees are fun and pleasant, it wasnt a problem that we were the only English people at the resort, but they desperately need more Englishmen to come back. Dreams Vacations Resort shares El Sheikh exceptional service and a great group of people at work. One of the most important individuals in this bar is a decent and friendly person. The name of the hotel is Mahmoud Karin. All the hotel staff is nice people and everything is fine. I'm very satisfied with the relaxation and psychological comfort in this location. Reception date February 2022.

Veldig bra service og personale var tilgjelig alt og de er hyggelig. Renhold var bra, rolig på natten, god frokost, god service på spisesalen personale hente mat eller drikke for deg hvis du trenger mer mat eller drikke, de er alt hyggelig. Jeg kommer til å besøk igjen dreams vacation hotel☀️😊

The pool is very good and very big The hotel doesn't have a beach, but there is a bus to drop u there. Breakfast wasnt good. Check in was smooth but dont expect anything extra after the chexk in from the reception. Anything u will order from them will be ignored. Furniture need to be changed but its is ok for the price. Overall the hot is good, and i would go again if i dont have enough budget

We are scuba divers, so we were not in the resort much of the day. Staff was good, but different to Canadian experience. They try hard to please but not always what you are expecting. The hotel is dominantly Russian tourist, Their customs are different to ours. It was nice to met English speaking Russians, results in a different piont of view. Great pools with slides for the children or the young at heart. View of Red Sea amazing! Snorkeling right in front of man made beach. Very nice experience, very different to Caribbean. Food adequate, not a dinning experence. Certainly did not lose wieght. Ask the chef about the food and how to eat Egyptian food when it is available. Overall Ok!

1/5 — Worst hotel experience ever This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were extremely rude — especially at the front desk and the pool towel station. Right after I woke up, housekeeping knocked on my door, and when I asked her to come later, she kept questioning “why” instead of just leaving. The shower didn’t have any hot water since check-in. I called the front desk to fix it, but they said it couldn’t be done until the next day. The next day, even though the front desk promised someone would come, nobody ever did. I had to ask a housekeeper directly, and she said she’d tell maintenance, but again, nothing happened. I had to take cold showers for two days. When I asked the front desk to call a taxi at night, the driver they sent charged me double the normal rate. It seems the hotel uses some scam taxi service. The room was dusty, old, and there were dead bugs on the floor and in the bathtub. The next morning, I woke up covered in bug bites. Everything about this hotel was disappointing — the staff, the cleanliness, the service. I will never stay here again.
