Fast check in - polite and serviceminded introduction to room. Nice rooftop pool area. Super cozy to stroll along the Nile, just across the street. But best - the breakfast, oh my it was good!

The location of the hotel was good to go anywhere. In addition, the service of the hotel and its staff were so smooth and professional. For our anniversary, the hotel prepared one cute heart shape cake to welcome us and celebrate anniversary. It was very warm and kind welcome. On our last day, we had relaxed morning in the pool. The view from the pool was amazing and the pool was clean and nice. The staff was very kind and foods and snacks were very delicious. The staff at the entrance were very helpful when you need a uber ride as it is not easy for foreigner to identify the car with plate written in Arabic only. Very kind and professional. Thanks to the hotel and staff, we had wonderful three days! I strongly recommend this hotel.

Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.
